Very funny. This one is just a poster boy for the very folks pulling the strings in the background. We all know how this works. If you’re not linked one way or the other to the very large groups that own a piece of everything in multiple industries or the so called globalists, good luck to you. Whether it’s the grammy’s, oscars, emmy’s, golden globe etc, the big guys call the shots and use it as a marketing tool to make more money. For instance, in music, universal music and sony music either have direct or indirect ownership in all the biggest record labels in the world. Check out who owns Tyla’s record label…yup, you guessed right, it’s Sony Music. For me, Davido should not even bother himself about these awards; he does not need their validation. As long as he keeps churning out good music and maintains or grows his very large fanbase, that’s really all that matters. It is the attendance at concerts and volume of streams that would tell him how good his music is; not some political or mafioso garbage from a controlled academy of voters. |

For the award to be seen as fair, the Grammy’s should introduce a score card system where the nominated songs or album are graded per certain criteria e.g. instrumentals, lyrics, voice etc. That way there’s no ambiguity about winners. If the winners are decided by the judges liking you then the judges bias can creep in and it’s no longer about the song but the person. I’m sure the controversy every year helps grow their popularity. |

This means the award can be bought at the right price. |

Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z and Beyonce must have a lot of fans among the voters then. Silly voting process. |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by lenghtinny(m): 7:29pm On Feb 02 |
The process is so flawed which shows why some certain set of people are always winning it back to back |

He is saying you must first belong to the cult to win! |

| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by SAMBARRY: 7:40pm On Feb 02 |
That's what happens when you desperately seek oyinbo validation so bad.theyll always remind you you're a 2nd class citizen and they don't want you among them.why tojepe eyin Nigerian musicians emoju, emora.must you go where you won't be appreciated or valued? If someone is continuously using body language and subtle ways to tell you, you're not in America, shey your brain antenna suppose don tell you they want only theirs. Moreover is there any crime having your own nigerian Grammy? BET sef dey try but Grammy it's clear they don't want you |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by APOPTOSIS: 7:43pm On Feb 02 |
SAMBARRY:For me, DAVIDO should stop attending. He is not needed and that's obvious. ..and that includes others. We can't sing like them and they can't sing like us. In fact, what's so special about their music which I hear everyday. Some lyrics are just about sleeping with women. Africa should adore its award. I just streamed TyLa's music and none comes close to "RUSH" by Ayra. They detest our mixed language |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by Teeroyzimma: 7:43pm On Feb 02 |
davillian:You're crazy for saying that. Most of their songs especially Biggie's category of music doesn't consist of violent lyrics, they were normal rappers just like Dr Dre and not gang members!! |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by SAMBARRY: 7:43pm On Feb 02 |
LordIsaac:gbam!!! I don't know why these nigerian musicians cannot see the handwriting on the wall.in Hollywood isn't it obvious that it's not just by hardwork or talent ![]() Una no dey watch documentary or listen to the interviews of these rap stars? ![]() |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by SAMBARRY: 7:45pm On Feb 02 |

Most of our A list artist are not really creatives. How will an artists as big as the big 3 not be able to play any imusical instrument or write any decent song apart from their ponpon beat and big neck lace. Thank God Grammy is not for sale, Davido dad for don buy like 17 for am |

APOPTOSIS:No wonder some unknown girl from SA wins every year |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by HacheNoire: 8:10pm On Feb 02 |
Nigerians are too emotional. We got outrightly flawed in that category and they still giving the cheating excuses. Is it water or push 2 Start? Which one could Davido claim to deserve in both instances? Let’s remove emotions and be factual. No way Davido could win. Absolutely no way! |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by HacheNoire: 8:14pm On Feb 02 |
APOPTOSIS:Did you say same when Burna and Tems won it? You lots are too emotional. You cook up stories when you lose and applaud when you win. |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by HacheNoire: 8:17pm On Feb 02 |
Julius1995:Wait! Who can match Kendrick in the rap category? Look at what you saying? Who comes close to Kendrick? J Cole? You also mentioned Beyonce! Dude you don’t know music. |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by Denko2721987(m): 8:18pm On Feb 02 |
You mean this two 2:37min average song na wetin win Grammy for this babe. Like I am not even saying Davido is worthy of winning this but I can personally give a run down of a hundred songs like this that beats this song pants down even by same South African artists. Abeg make this Grammy people shift go one side abeg. It's Either people have poor taste for music these days or the academy is this one whack hype.

| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by MemoriesAndMe: 8:23pm On Feb 02 |
And who are the "music experts"? How many albums have they dropped themselves? Just admit it's a clan that makes that decision. Someone has to be a part of the clan in one way or the other, else their hard work will never be recognized by the clan. |
| Re: How To Win The Award - Grammys CEO, Harvey Mason Jr by HacheNoire: 8:26pm On Feb 02 |
blowjohn:Mention the artiste Nas competed with in that category and tell which did not deserve it. Those years were very competitive more like today. Don’t make it look like Nas was cheated. Hit’em up is the greatest diss track that gained world recognition and set a standard for diss tracks, yet did not even pick a bowl talkless of Grammy. Mention people Nas competed with so we know if they were quacks. |
