Brentford Coach, Keith Andrews on Frank Onyeka's loan move (with Obligation to buy) if Coventry City secure EPL promotion. Note: Coventry sits top of the Championship on 58pts. Tied with 2nd placed Middlesbrough (ahead via GD) and 5pts ahead of 3rd placed Ajayi's Hull City.

Happy for Simon Adingra leaving Sunderland for Monaco where I feel he will get gametime. He was the official young player MVP of Afcon 2023 but he missed the last Afcon 2025 due to game time limitations at Sunderland. He is not Nigerian but he is an Ivorian talent I have always admired even though he now has Yan Diomande and Amad Diallo ahead of him in the NT. Meanwhile, Zaidu's and now Moffi's Porto lost their unbeaten record on monday vs Casa Pia, of all teams. Invincibles will not happen in portugal this season. They were one of only 2 unbeaten sides left in the top 6 leagues. With their loss, it means Mourinho's Benfica are the only unbeaten side left in the top 6 leagues in the ongoing 2025/26 league campaigns across Europe. |

Maduka Okoye with a top performance and cleansheet for Udinese vs Roma in Serie A on monday. His saves helped Udinese beat Gasperini's Roma 1-0. His 4th cleansheet in Serie A this season from 15 games. |

Off topic 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗: 😳 This Aarón Anselmino case is raising SERIOUS concerns about player management in modern football: • Chelsea signed him in summer 2024, keeping him on loan at Boca Juniors until January 2025 • He played ZERO minutes for Chelsea's first team in the 2024/25 season • Without space in the squad, Anselmino is sent on loan to Borussia Dortmund in summer 2025 • The defender earns his place at Dortmund and starts playing, feeling settled in the team • January 2026 arrives, and Chelsea start looking to sign a centre-back in the transfer window... But they fail to sign one, specially Jeremy Jacquet, their top target • After failing to sign a centre-back, Chelsea TERMINATE Anselmino's loan deal at BVB on January 26th • Anselmino leaves Dortmund in tears and returns to London, he's now ready to play for Chelsea • Back in London, Anselmino is told he won't stay after all, so in the Deadline Day he is loaned to Strasbourg, and Chelsea recall Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg This is cruel |

When this boy moved to Everton, Komekn came here yapping how it was an arrangee deal, talmbout; he is not good enough, rather the actual quality player was his(komekn's) favourite - a certain Fred Onyedimma then of Millwall. ![]() Today, look how far the boy has come. I will never forgive Atalanta for messing up what wouldda been his opportunity to win the champions league with PSG

Mateta failed AC Milan medicals. Two sessions. Same thing happened to Victor Boniface. Why are players always failing medicals at Milan? https://x.com/i/status/2018335779961835901 |
