MR A wants to make $1000 profit on bitcoin, he needs to invest at least $10,000 capital and hope Bitcoin appreciates by 10% so that he will make the $1000..


MR B wants to make $1000 profit on altcoins , because of the way altcoins moves whether pumping or dumping..the investor is aware that even with capital of just $1000 he can make the $1000 profit within hours easily...same way he can loose everything within hours easily..

Meaning with Bitcoin you need higher capital to make profits..meaning with altcoins you do not need higher capital to make profits....

Looking at the risk reward ratio , it all depends on individuals in terms of capital , risk appetite and money management..

Someone who wants to invest $100 to earn $1000 on altcoins , he or she might earn it or loose it..

Now to earn that same $1000 on Bitcoin. , you need to invest at least $2000...meaning altcoins have pros and cons..same way Bitcoin have pros and cons..

If anyone comes up and say I think investing 10000$ on Bitcoin to earn $1000 is more feasible than investing $100 on altcoins with the hope of making $1000.....ask them what makes it more feasible ...they will say investing on altcoins is like gambling , now investing on Bitcoin is like what ?? For example many people including me bought Bitcoin when it's price was at 100k and there was so much hype around the bull market..now the price is at $70,000 , is that not loss of up to 30% on my capital , and remember I need to use higher capital when investing on Bitcoin if I really want to make cool profits ...meanwhile if I had decided to invest on altcoins to make Cool profits , I do not need to use high capital before achieving the same results...

Just like the poster above said , even the billionaires and gurus who invested into Bitcoin got liquidated...now imagine you with your $10,000 ?? ..

Investing on something that could give you profits in a blink of an eye , same way it could give you losses in a blink of an eye..is that not gambling ?? Investing on something that could go up and give you money , same way it can go down and collect your money..is that not gambling ?? If you can always tell specifically and accurately about when it will go up and when it will go down, then maybe by then you can say it is not gambling ...but since no one can do that, then we are all gambling.. just that we are better gamblers than each other....or different gamblers on the crypto market have different info's and strategies and ideas to have higher win rates....whether you like it or not..you are taking risks on an uncertain market.. meaning you cannot always tell what will happen to your investment at any time..you can make profits or make losses..the market is not always predictable..which means whatever you are doing. , you can only predict....you cannot separate predictions from gambling...that is why you are predicting..

And before you argue.. Google the meaning of gambling.....

If it does not go up , it will come down..before nko.

They should show us their Bitcoin crypto portfolio specifically Bitcoin.. and the current loss on their massive capital ........it is then that you will understand it is never easy on both sides..whether Bitcoin or altcoin...those who bought some certain altcoins and made 10000% profit at that time will start making mouth about how they think they are better than those who invested on Bitcoin..

Yes I did. But you see, I am an experienced trader, just that I found the crypto platforms a bit confusing.
I fixed some of that confusion over a few days hence.

And, I said that I preferred options on crypto. Why? Because, of its inherent volatility. Seems to be the best fit for such a security.

For those using Boxnalysis, I just want to inform you that whenever a weekly hanging fruit prints in a bear market and the volume is TAT, twice as tall, enter a giant long trade. The first TAT on the image below dumped to 80k and pumped to 97k. That is a 17k move.

The current weekly candle hasn't printed the complete TAT volume yet, so we have till Monday to see if it will.

BTC has a roadmap — follow it. There is nothing new. Reduce the rate you consume news or better stop, as I did, and have peace of mind.

Trading with volume in mind is one of the secrets you'll never regret knowing.

You can actually ramp up all that with few sentences, I got lost along the way. That being said,
Investing on btc beats anything alts in the long run.

People that bought btc at ATH in the last cycle, even with the current market condition, they’re still in profit , people that bought at the recent ATH , there’s high certainty that they’ll recover if they’re patience. Can you tell me one person that bought alts ATH last cycle that’s currently in profit? Name just one. Even people that bought alts at 50% discount are still in loss. I have never seen anyone regretted putting money on btc.
In investment, there’s a calculated risk and blind risk.
You can only lose on btc if you’re on leverage, history has proven that. And with 100$, trust me you can make 1k$ on btc, it might just take so long,
Btc dump to 14k last cycle, then rose to 126k that’s roughly x10, but will you be patience ? That’s it.
In the process of wanting to x10 your money on alts, you’ll lose your capital, your sanity and peace of mind. But btc, slowly, you’ll get there.

No matter the angle you look at it from, btc is a better investment and it outperforms every alt in the long run.
Remember , there is only one btc, there are millions of ‘good’ alts.

Honestly, this is my worst year financially in terms of investment. Every day, I regretted ever coming in to crypto.

Everything is always against me while trading. When I buy, market is going down, when I sell, market boom.

I honestly can't express my pain yesterday night. What in God's name was that manipulative move? And for you to know, everything seized on Binance. You can't sell or buy until they finished their heart desires. I'm regretting honestly and I really wished I didn't make this financial mistakes this year.

I know the market will recover, but the pain, the sad image manipulative move will always make me to hate trading.

On this note, I hang my boots! I wish you all well and I hope joy returns back to the market.

I still have my coins but I'm completely out of crypto. My sanity is very important.
