I have just moved to isefun cos I don't want all my money to go to rent ...there is constant light and mtn service is very okay there. ...For you worki g remotely them you are good to go...2 bedroom.goes between 1m to 1.5m here depending on tne nature if the building.

my guy lived in ikorodu. cheap yes, but he had to e up and out of the house by 4 every day to beat traffic to VI.

After the removal of subsidy which lead to a rise in inflation, remote workers come next as the major contributor to rents in Lagos. They earn in USD, so they out-bid naira earners who form the majority of would-be tenants in Lagos.

Lagos is costly!

This means anywhere near Ikeja, Gbagada and Yaba/Surulere would not go for less than 3-4m as the asking price for a two-bedroom and 4-5m as total package.
