Looks big for a mixed pitbull...

That's why I said boarboal. Doesn't look fully grown but looks bulkier than a pitbull if well fed.

Also you mentioned activity at night. Boarboals are better night guards!

The dog is a Boarboal brindle color. I used to have the exact same of this one. I named it stone until parvo killed it. Omoh sorry but this kinds of dogs don't last. You need to sentisize them well or they will kpain. When stone died. I had a bad dream and it bit me in my dreams. Unto say I called vet for am o. Maybe it was saying I didn't try my best.

Sorry to hear about yours. Mine, did catch parvo much younger (I think week 3). Doing my best sha!

Look like a Belgian Malinois, or a mix with Belgian Malinois and Ekuke....Though the dark snout and muzzle makes it look like a pure breed Belgian Malinois. Very Energetic breed and with great intelligence that's why they used as War dogs, Cocaine dogs and police dogs...Not advisable to own them, if you can't march their energy else they will destroy your furniture and your house..
