I know we're all fixated about our national team coaches appointment but the medical personnels of these teams need to be reviewed. We're risking these players health if 'quacks' are the one in charge.

I watched a short clip of Janet twisting her ankle yesterday and shame wear me beret. Two clueless supposedly medics couldn't and didn't do anything to relieve that girl of the pain. They're just standing beside her and beckoning for stretcher. I was not surprised though. Wetin you expect when two 'dokitas' are wearing track suits inside the hot sun.

And just when I thought..... well, Marc Bola makes up a list of players DRC have lined up to recruit for their NT.

But wait... there is still a case at hand yet they are already looking to recruit more. Lol... omo... no chills from the Congolese.
Afcon has opened up everyone’s eyes that to win the trophy you have to get your best players no matter where they are born on the planet

UEFA very soon may pushed to ban Afcon sef or sabotage it 😂 or clubs in Europe may reduce the way they recruit black players cos they are indirectly making Afcon more profitable as global companies may soon start to pour more money into the competition.

Supernerd should volunteer or at least try to be on our medical staff on a part time basis. Imagine treating our players medically and providing high premium tactical inputs to the coaching staff too plus player recommendations.

People have a right to question and frown at his callup because he has not delivered for the Super Eagles in the same manner Osimhen has.
Peter Ijeh used to score loads of goals back in the days for his scandinavian clubside but he just was not Super Eagles material.

When Rashidi Yekini reigned in the Super Eagles especially between 1991 and 1994, there was a hot Richard Owubokiri. Ask Kog45, Icon4s and the other elders how Yekini kept edging him out even though Yekini was in the 2nd tier of portugal in 1991-92 and 1992-93 seasons scoring while Richard was top scorer of the topflight with 30goals in 1991/92 and 2nd with 14goals in 92/93. It was in 93/94, Yekini became top scorer of the portuguese topflight with 21goals after helping his side gain promotion in 92/93.

Onuachu was Ighalo's backup at Afcon 2019 and got more minutes than a younger Osimhen at same tournament. Rohr started him in our 1st game at that Afcon vs Burundi. He did not impress.
Who naturally took over the main #9 role after Ighalo left and made it his own by completely obliterating the competition? It was Osimhen.

So yes, Onuachu is outscoring now but we know who delivers in the GWG when push comes to shove. The difference is clear as day and night. Afterall, Simy also outscored Osimhen in a season in Italy.
Rashidi Yekini was already an established player with the SE in the 80s before he moved to Portugal. Besides, the Nigerian league and African leagues were developed in the 80s compared to what we have today.

He played in the best leagues in Africa before he went to Europe in 1990. Despite that he shined immediately scoring 13 goals in his first season in Portugal.

His case pale in comparison with what you are saying.

See below his first season before his team was relegated.

Well, same way Osimhen is also an established Super Eagles Striker.

The Yekini/Ricky analogy had a point. Ricky was hotter in 1991/92 and 1992/93 when Yekini was in the 2nd tier yet no one disrespected the King, Yeking.
Even the table you drop showed Ricky "outscoring" Yeking yet we both know who was Super Eagles' #1 in attack back then.

I expect same to be accorded Osimhen. That is the point you missed. Finito.

Turkish league no be league to be rated and fact if not for Osimhen who dey hype Turkish league here before, even old Nwakaeme dey ball for that league....the only grace Onuachu has and that will continue to guarantee his call up is that he is balling in the same league that have super Osimhen

You are still wrong. Yekini played in the finals of CAF biggest continental tournaments prior to joining a club in Portugal. He was already a bigger star than Ricky. No comparison.

Perhaps, Simmy performance can be likened to that of Ricky during Osimhen's era. No doubt about it but the picture you painted was one Ricky bigger than Yekini in that era. Far far from it.

Now, you get the point.

Third-placed Atlético Madrid could solidify their spot in the top four when they host fellow UEFA Champions League qualification hopefuls Real Betis today..
After they thrashed Betis 5-0 in the Copa del Ray, they already have the psychological edge for this clash.

Ricky was bigger than Yekini? My goodness! You think this is what I was saying? I believe it is just you who sees such a picture from my post but again it is no surprise to me that you missed the central point.

My point was never about who was bigger but who was "hotter" based on club goals and at the level it occured for a short period between 91 and 94, and how that still did not mean Yekini was not the best Super Eagles striker of that period.

It is truly incredible how you miss a point so simply stated because of your eagerness to pit Player vs Player. But again, not surprised.

Yekini didn't become top scorer of a league for the first time in Portugal. He was already a proven player far ahead of Ricky before he joined the Portuguese liga and proved he was no fluke with 13 goals in his first season in Europe.

It is just like Osimhen playing in the farmers league now together with Onuachu but doesn't mean Onuachu was hotter than Osimhen.

I repeat. Yekini was consistent from 80s to 94.
