I don't how they cook ukwa, but that thing is so special more than rice.

We cook as 'jollof' with the option of adding a little bit of corn. In this method you add some red oil.

Secondly, we cook white, without oil and pair it with its water. So you eat ukwa while also drinking the water (soup) you derive while cooking it (like yam pepper soup). Either way ukwa is elite cool

Ukwa and Rice? Na bro! Ukwa I know goes with corn, abacha. And if you're a wife and wants your husband to pay your bride pride the second time, add any of these dry fish/Okporoko,dry meat, and serve chilled stout!
