Guy, I think you need to chill, you're not the only one using Trustbanc, the noise about their rate on a daily basis from you is too much. Get busy with other stuffs or do you sleep on nairaland? I'm sorry if I sound harsh but honestly take a chill. Creditalerts: |
| Re: Mutual Funds by ezegold4we: 10:28pm On Feb 08 |
@tempest12, you have got no reason using those harsh word's on CREDIALERTS, that guy and other's here has has been a source of encouragement, direction, motivation and inspiration to lot's of people on this platform, We should learn how to appreciate people with good heart instead of trying to attack them. |

| Re: Mutual Funds by LoriHamo: 7:49am On Feb 09 |
Bro...na 15.30% I see for Stanbic o o o Buhahahahaha Creditalerts: |
| Re: Mutual Funds by petomas(m): 9:47am On Feb 09 |
LoriHamo:Let them continue. If they like let them bring it down to 5%, I’ve started moving my MMF funds from there in trenches to Trustbanc via Cowrywise already |
| Re: Mutual Funds by suckprick: 10:09am On Feb 09 |
petomas:What now happens when trustbanc interest drops? You move it back again? Best is to just split your funds. Forget like 70% in stanbic no matter the rate, then put 30% in cowrywise to use and shop around for best mmf. No matter how low stanbic mmf drops, it will still be better than regular savings account. |
| Re: Mutual Funds by bassdow: 12:49pm On Feb 09 |
Iamblessed88:I doubt that. One thing for sure is, the small and unpopular players would want to use higher rates to win over customers |
| Re: Mutual Funds by bassdow: 12:51pm On Feb 09 |
jfub:NO Stanbic IBTC is the only one I'm aware of that compounds monthly |
| Re: Mutual Funds by bassdow: 12:53pm On Feb 09 |
EduC:No Only Stanbic IBTC compounds monthly. |

| Re: Mutual Funds by Jayce242: 1:07pm On Feb 09 |
suckprick:Kindly read the bold again, does it even make sense to u? So if Stanbic is offering 5% for MMF & cardinal stone is offering 17%, I should leave 70% of my funds in Stanbic? You are comparing Stanbic fund managers to regular savings account instead of comparing it to other fund managers? How is comparing a lion with a goat a fair comparison? You guys are unbelievable |
| Re: Mutual Funds by suckprick: 1:24pm On Feb 09 |
Jayce242:Your analogy is impossible nah. How can stanbic offer 5% while others offer 17%. Na wa o. |
