Help! Why Is My Facebook Account Always Getting Suspended? by thrillionaire(op): 1:17pm On Feb 10

My Facebook account was suspended for the first time around September last year and the reason wasn't cited. I appealed and uploaded the necessary documents they requested for and the suspension was lifted this year, although I had to start from scratch as they wiped out all my friends and followers.

Not up to two weeks after I got my Facebook account back I was suspended again and I don't even know what I did wrong.

I tried to open a new Facebook account with a different number but all my attempts were futile.

My Instagram account too was suspended for no reason.

Please how can I open a fresh Facebook and Instagram account that will be left alone by Facebook bots.

Ps. I didn't fight anyone online or use cuss words.

It's so frustrating. You begin to build followers and then Facebook just suspends your account without telling you what you did wrong.

I see other influencers with bigger following writing things I think is offensive and using swear words in their videos but nothing happens to their accounts.

Why me? 😭

Take it as warning sign to leave that godamned spyware of a website. Being off it is the best thing since bread and jam.

I guess yes. I think your phone IP have been blacklisted on Meta server. No WhatsApp, IG and FB is safe on the device anymore.

stop worrying yourself. Just change your phone, the ip has been blacklisted.

Yes try change sim and phone at same time. Make sure to go for phones with snap dragons inbuilt XXZOS power system

You are probably using a phone that has been used for scam before. The IP of the phone Don cast. It will only stop when you change the device

When you open another account try wipe out the existing payment method you have been using on the same device .

You are adding so many friends. So many friends requests will lead to ban, because computer knows you are adding several friends in other to scam people.

When you open another one,lock the account that was how I do my own after many suspension

If you are doing business and making money from the leads from Facebook, you won't say this.

My own Facebook account was suspended when they sent me an email on 6th December, 2024 and I appealed immediately but they didn't release my Facebook account until after 175 days precisely on 30th May, 2025, practically 6 months!

NOTE: I hardly ever post anything on Facebook, except occasional birthdays

Again, they have again suspended my account since 15th January, 2026. I appealed but I am still waiting for them to restore my account till today. Unlike the previous suspension that I was still able to use Instagram which isn't even my favourite app, this time around, I'm unable to use Instagram.

I'm already getting used to a Facebook-less life. These days, I Face my Book.

Facebook has become so notorious this days, my 13 years old account was suspended and later got disabled permanently last year September, I later opened new account.
My new account was suspended and later got disabled permanently last week without going against the community standards

In my own case, l was suspended since last year, and even when l tried using another number to register, they refused to register me, so l forgot about FB

You need clean and believable details.

New email address (Gmail preferred)
New phone number (never used on Meta)
New profile photo (do NOT reuse old photos)
Real name (don’t use nicknames or business names)

Make the account look normal and boring.

Slow human behavior (this is where you probably fail)

For the first month:

Add 2–3 friends per day

Like a few posts

Scroll, watch videos, comment normally

Don’t post links, join many groups or Follow many pages. Don't Send many friend requests, run ads or create pages etc

In summary, behave like human
