We have seen USA,UK etc roads get flooded,so it is not new but the OP just posted a short video of what didnt look like the coastal road.
The road is around more than 40 km,which part did he post?

If he was confident he would have spoken in the video and call out the govt and contractor.

He belongs to the class of the perpetual fault-finders who are quick to go to town with any piece of negative news about our beloved country.

If I show you the video my wife took when I dey swim for highway for UK, yu go say this na Sango underbridge for Lagos-Ogun border.

But we are not justifying our government failure over the decades, we are just saying that Flood is not perculiar to Nigeria, however, this particular road is under construction, so anything is expected until it is completed. Bitter losers can cry as long s wish
