It's good the problem of flooding arose, now they can easily work on solving it. The costal road is still in it's early developmental stages so it's ok for few challenges to arise.
I'm sure the engineers and contractors are learning from this

We have seen USA,UK etc roads get flooded,so it is not new but the OP just posted a short video of what didnt look like the coastal road.
The road is around more than 40 km,which part did he post?

Have you been on that Road? Stop embarrassing yourself self. That picture does represent any of the completed part of that Road, I have driven on it from the start to the end this year.
