When his doctor told him that his sperm count was too low to get his wife or anyone pregnant; his only condition to the doctor was not to tell his wife. He already knew before the test result came out.

The problem at that point was how to get his wife pregnant without exposing him. Someone had to tell his wife to cheat without letting him know.

If you're the doctor, would you encourage her to try someone else without letting him know?

Many people especially the guys family will be mocking the innocent woman thinking it's her fault.

His problem has solution na.

Deal with the reason behind low sperm count and also, bad quality of sperm.

Once that's sorted, he should work on increasing the count and quality ...

This can be done in less than 6 months na ....

If it was that easy, most of the people with low sperm count would overcome it. There are variety of reasons for low sperm count, some can be easily fixed with good diet, some genetic, some damage or accident and others infections.

Chief, we are technically saying same thing... if the reason behind this issue can be dealt with (if possible), then his count/quality can be worked on ...
