Zanemom:
Hello.
Please I need your advice.
I want to apply to Canada however I made a third class and i have already applied to UPEI and got a rejection. Right now , am considering a diploma course in environment and resource law at Saskatchewan polytechnic as my undergraduate is Law. And I also intend to move with family. I know about the Spowp and am aware my spouse can’t work until I graduate but we still want to try it.
Please Gurus in the house, what advice do you have for me? Thank you.

you want to move your family to saskatchewan a place so cold it’s basically a freezer.

the IRCC has updated its rules. they’ve closed the backdoors. trying to get a spousal work permit for a diploma program is like trying to run software on a calculator. the rules changed unless you’re doing a master’s or a professional degree like JD.

If you’re going to do this, stop acting like vibes will save you. you need a perfect explanation for why a lawyer is going to a polytechnic for a diploma. if your logic isn’t airtight, the rejection will be instant. optimize your strategy or stay where you are. your current setup is destined to crash.

a law graduate going for a diploma can look like academic regression to a visa officer, you should write a SOP, you need to explain that you aren't just downgrading to a diploma, but gaining a specialized technical skill in environment law that a university degree doesn't provide.

Worryingly:
Guys please I need input
What I would do if I am in this situation is to look for the option that is most economically viable out of all the possibilities. It's a tough one but if you're coming from a place of limited or tight financial resources then Austria will be the like the best option. because if u pay the 7500, that takes away some huge financial burden.

I'm actually prioritizing the one with the higher chance of visa success.

The tuition is almost the dame for all countries. Bar scholarships or funding

Chief, no offense.

But why would you go out of your way to advertise this service which is quite stressful if it's completely free?

No offense taken, sir.
You can check my posts to see that this free service is not new, and a look at my profile might give you a hint, or you can send me a message… my explanation can be considered as an ad and therefore not permissible here. Note that it is a school admission, and not a study permit application. I believe the study permit application is the stressful part.

Please I got refusal for my SOWP within 3 weeks..
Please what and what do I need to do..
Please help me, below is the ODN

I have reviewed the application. The compensation (monetary or other) indicated in the applicant's job offer and their assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for the applicant (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). Financial documents on file have been reviewed. The applicant's personal bank statements show a history of low to modest balances, followed by a recent lumpsum deposit attributed to proceeds from a property sale. The property sale document for the land and building has been noted. While the applicant's prior land purchase document is on file, there is no evidence confirming ownership of the building portion, which raises concerns regarding the actual source and legitimacy of the funds presented. In the absence of satisfactory documentation establishing the source of the funds, I am not satisfied that the funds presented are genuinely available for the intended purpose. The applicant's business account has been noted, as well as the spouse's proof of funds and tuition payment. However, given the unclear source of the funds presented, the spouse's ongoing study plan, and the family size, I am not satisfied that the applicant has sufficiently demonstrated adequate financial resources to support the spouse's continued studies and the associated expenses for a family of four during their stay in Canada. Weighing the factors in this application, I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

In my view, and based on the information you provided, it does not look convincing. Sincerely, it seems the applicant is not financially stable, and we do not have enough information about the sponsor’s financials. Here are some of the things that you should review

Paying the tuition deposit is proof of commitment, but what was the balance on the sponsor’s personal and business accounts after the transfer? Little or no balance will be scrutinized as the sponsor cannot use all her funds to sponsor the applicant.
What is the source of income of this sister?
Have you received financial support from your sister in the past? Bank transfer receipt will suffice
Do you have proof of the relationship, such as birth certificates, photos from a family event, etc

All the best
Elder sister have a balance of 60m in her personal account after the transfer of fund
She has been her main sponsor since mom's passed away 22years.
Birth certificate available
Pictures available

There are several transfers from both elder sister's personal account and business account to applicants account.

Does this mean applicants can't have sponsors?

I don’t want to be rude, but you know you can do that yourself, right?

The word “cheap” is relative what’s cheap for you might be expensive for someone else.

You didn’t even mention the program you are looking for.

Context is important.

You said:
(1) You need someone to hold your hand and walk you through everything step by step.

(2) You are not paying for the service.

You need to understand that nothing good is free. If you truly want the best service, you will need to pay a licensed immigration consultant.

They are the only professionals who can properly review all your documents and prepare your application correctly. As a Nigerian, you should understand that the level of service you are asking for requires payment to licensed immigration consultants regulated by the Canadian government.

Many people already pay fake agents who do not render any real service. If you want professional help, you must be willing to pay for it. Otherwise, you can choose to do it yourself and ask questions when necessary.

However, if you anyone is helping you from free you must be very careful with sensitive documents because you do not always know who you are sharing them with.

I am not paying, not because I don't want to pay but because majority of them are scammers. Even the ones you pay for their services, be mindful of sensitive documents you share with them as 'paid service' is not always equals to 'genuine service'.

Someone responded to you with an alternative on "Living in Canada Thread" about learning French towards the PR pathway and i think it makes sense. You can always still pursue the masters if that's your dream but will be at a reduced tuition fee as permanent resident. You can think about it and ultimately the decision is yours to make.

I just wanted a bit of insight. Tho what i mean by cheap is between the range of 5-10k CAD because the schools i have seen on my search are as high as 20k+. Program is master in the field of Computer or telecoms engineering or information technology.
