TheSuperNerd:It's unfortunate and really petty that we rope in Osimhen for mockery anytime Lookman shines in La Liga. For such a passionate, dependable and performing SE player to be made the butt of silly jokes is so disgusting. Like Fela sang 'my people are senseless'. Very stupid people. That's why these days, when I read them crying about bad governance, I laugh. They don't deserve better because we are a nation of very wicked people. |

Boom! That's Lookman. Once he sweeps in from that left, forget it, he will score. |

Mujtahida:It's even foolish that Liverpool saw Lookman was available, and instead of snapping him up, they decided to persist with Gakpo Good for Lookman anyways Another APOTY loading |

Afobear:You see, it takes ninjas like you weeks You need a comfort zone and some beats 😂 Lolly gaggers to poly matters that go over responses Get all layered and technical in your content, post it up Then Cookman came with the receipts 4-0 against Barcelona, I know last night your bum ass couldn't sleep 🤣 Imagine typing all this wack rhymes only for Lookman to cook against Barca last night. You go explain tire. Wasteman. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 |

Mujtahida:Bro chill, you are looking for a reason to defend bad governance in this country. It's a normal thing for football fans to banter their loved players to gear them up into better opportunities. Nothing concern am concern people wey dey vote bad leaders on religious and ethnic grounds. |

Afobear:My last response to you, for the culture! (and because I don't want to detail the thread 😃) Lookman turned up last night, as you can see he’s got the game’s shook, man It took you aeons to clap back, no need to puff your chest, you already folded like a book, man! I see why you call yourself Average Records Mafia, it’s cos your lyrical peak is everyone else’s "bad day" criteria Me? I’m the encyclopedia of ether, leaving your whole interior in a state of mass hysteria Your bars are weaker than bacteria in a sterilized area. Don’t play the villain in this movie, you’ll get bleeped up faster than a fixed match One strike and you're detached, your career’s a mismatched patch that I’m about to unlatch and dispatch You should study how the legends actually attack, then maybe you might get you some skills to match You’re just a passenger on a bandwagon with a broken axle, slow your roll In fact, you should swap your mic for a shovel and dig yourself a deeper hole, let the soil form a duvet for your lost soul Afobear couldn’t even handle the pressure of a panda bear What makes you think you can survive ten minutes in the lion’s lair? |

BankyGee:I still don’t understand the mockery about Gala a team that plays in Europe regularly, sometimes I wonder if it’s something else apart from football they play in Turkey when I see some comments here. This is how they were calling French league farmers league until psg won the champions league. See the way same people here were celebrating Nnadi move to Olympic Marseille the same league they call farmers league a while ago. This is nothing but cognitive dissonance abeg! |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Mujtahida: 8:10am On Feb 13 |
lloydtruth:This is not banter. This is deliberately geared to create rivalry between Lookman and Osimhen. Oliseh will soon release his next podcast and hop on the trend. You think it is banter because you are not Osimhen. We act like children, we never think of the big picture, we never put ourselves in the shoes of the other man to know how our actions, our words affect him. I don't need to defend bad governance. It comes from our attitude as a people. The same attitude where instead of creating harmony, we create dysfunction, we create chaos, we create yama yama. So instead of condemning bad governance, I point at our attitude - you, me, everyone. It's often said that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. |

Goke7:it is not mockery just banters for engagement that why they do it nothing else yes football is being played everywhere even a kahzatan league team play in champions league this season and also Olympique marseille is far better and bigger that gala |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 9:01am On Feb 13 |
GMBOFASIA:Since osihmen have been playing in Turkey has his performances in the national team drop? Dude almost single handedly qualified us for World Cup, his goals took us to the playoffs so why are the other players playing in the top five leagues not powering us like him? It’s high time we stop this kiddies behaviour. What we need is our players playing regularly to be in top form. Let’s leave osihmen with his personal career decision and stop being busy bodies. In summary what you are calling banter is nothing but mental illness that needs treatment! |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 9:12am On Feb 13 |
Mujtahida:Most Nigerians don’t care about outcome and performances but primordial sentiments, they believe everyone must like them and they too must like everyone including the personal decisions they take cos tell me despite a player scoring four goals in a tournament with injury o according to Chelle recent revelations you continue to troll the player for his own personal life. They will call us yes men now but are we not seeing evidences? This is nothing but mental illness and it’s the same reason we rather go with politicians who have nothing to offer and despise those with excellent evidence of great achievements. That’s how we are! Imagine an oliseh advocating for amunike as coach in the face of all Chelle achieved! aaaah we get problem no be small! |

Goke7:osimehn is our number one man anytime any day and he is the Goal man for the National team the stats are there no body even the blind can see that But playing in Turkish league is a bit diminishing no matter how you paint it for example see Lookman now with the way he is going might win next APOTY except maybe morroco or Senegal do something exceptional at the wc but you see playing Turkish league limits you to lots of great height |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by minfelix(m): 9:35am On Feb 13 |
Things i wish for our 2 best players in super eagles (Lookman and Osimhen) now in their prime are: 1. Play at the world cup 2. Win Uefa Champions league or at worst play at the semifinal/Final of UCL 3. Win the Afcon 4. Play regularly in top clubs of top leagues Lookman is current playing for a top club in a top league Osimhen once played for Napoli(also a top clup) in a top league, and now currently playing for a top club Galatasaray but in weak league…. Osimhen will surely play in a world class club/league…. We are 9ja, we need to uphold the pride and soccer bragging right….Just Mancity signing Semenyo and Totenham signing Kudus we no dey hear word for Ghanaians mouth again😀 |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 9:36am On Feb 13 |
GMBOFASIA:It’s none of our business which league osihmen decides to play, yes it’s the business of the coach and handlers of the national team to make that conclusion whether the Turkey league is diminishing for him to be called upon. Let’s learn to mind our business. Let other Nigerian players play in bigger leagues and make us happy win APOTY and so on. This fixation on osihmen is becoming like witchcraft! e don do e no kill anybody na! Lookman is now a model for other younger players to follow so leave osihmen alone I beg Una! |

GMBOFASIA:Exactly brooo….although sha lets still cut him some slacks, since we all know the situation that hindered his potential big moves and relegated him to Turkey…Lookman almost went down that drain but thank God Athletico Madrid rescued what would have been another yeye move to turkey |
