Most Nigerians don’t care about outcome and performances but primordial sentiments, they believe everyone must like them and they too must like everyone including the personal decisions they take cos tell me despite a player scoring four goals in a tournament with injury o according to Chelle recent revelations you continue to troll the player for his own personal life. They will call us yes men now but are we not seeing evidences? This is nothing but mental illness and it’s the same reason we rather go with politicians who have nothing to offer and despise those with excellent evidence of great achievements. That’s how we are! Imagine an oliseh advocating for amunike as coach in the face of all Chelle achieved! aaaah we get problem no be small!
Sentiments go finish us. Oliseh no fit advocate for himself again, na Amunike 😂😂

It's even foolish that Liverpool saw Lookman was available, and instead of snapping him up, they decided to persist with Gakpo

Good for Lookman anyways
Another APOTY loading
Echoing similar words... this fan believes if sides like Man City were in the lookman race, he wont go for 40M (35 + 5M bonuses). If it was ATM vs City for Lookman, 40M wont settle it. But it came down to ATM vs Fenerbahce.
He says several of the big clubs simply just stayed blind to the talent, several except ATM.

It’s all about the global perception about Nigerian players. The issue is most of these big clubs still feel our players are not worth huge amounts hence they are avoiding them., the Afcon surely has done our players good and we hope we keep that standard of performances then we will be fully back to the days we see Nigerian players playing in Europe top elite clubs.

Atletico bought Mola for cheap and they know it. They just took the chance.

Na part of why e vex me, and I am sure many of us as well, when Marco Silva benched Bassey for 3 games before finally starting him vs Man City. A player that was world class monstrous at a major tournament was who Silva was hiding just to try contain the attention that was coming Bassey's way. These Euro coaches can be killjoys sometimes.

I felt Bassey not playing in the first game was enough rest. He should have reinstated Bassey to the Starting XI 1-2 games before City.

I agree with him
Lookman is easily an €80M player
An upgrade on Gakpo and would easily start in any of the top 3 EPL sides, sentiments aside

The truth is, I no count Chelsea as club wey serious
As far as I'm concerned, na business those one dey do
I also don't think they're stable enough for what Lookman needs at this point in his career..

Bassey is the best defender at Fulham, hands down
This guy was their player of the season last year
Marco should better give himself brain and do the needful
Keep Bassey in that defence and see how they will sneak into the top 8/9

🥹🇦🇷🇳🇬 Juan Musso (GK): "I love that Ademola Lookman is here. I know him as a person; his family, his humility, his work ethic. He helped me win the Europa League; he scored three goals in the final, he’s crazy. Having him here is a huge joy, above all because of the person he is."

Na so these Oyinbo coaches Dey do, most times we blame our players that they are not good enough but we can see a very clear bias in how they judge players! Most times they just want to show they are boss.

Imagine no AFCON in mid season, Atalanta would have made it look like Lookman was good for nothing. Look at the moves our players made.

Yet Motsepe and his goons think a quadriennial tournament has more benefits

It's unfortunate and really petty that we rope in Osimhen for mockery anytime Lookman shines in La Liga.

For such a passionate, dependable and performing SE player to be made the butt of silly jokes is so disgusting.

Like Fela sang 'my people are senseless'. Very stupid people.

That's why these days, when I read them crying about bad governance, I laugh. They don't deserve better because we are a nation of very wicked people.
Osimhen went to Gala due to Napoli high handedness and I expected our guys should understand that, very soon he will leave Gala

This is not banter. This is deliberately geared to create rivalry between Lookman and Osimhen. Oliseh will soon release his next podcast and hop on the trend.

You think it is banter because you are not Osimhen. We act like children, we never think of the big picture, we never put ourselves in the shoes of the other man to know how our actions, our words affect him.

I don't need to defend bad governance. It comes from our attitude as a people. The same attitude where instead of creating harmony, we create dysfunction, we create chaos, we create yama yama. So instead of condemning bad governance, I point at our attitude - you, me, everyone.

It's often said that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
Oh so you don't know that some fans are trying to create beef between the duo, right from when Lookman won Apoty but good sportsmanship from Osimhen and Lookman watered it down

I didn't notice it oo. What do they intend to achieve.

I recollect that someone posted w collection of Osimhen's goals. I noticed that Lookman provided the assist for a good number of Osimhen's goals.

I'm sure that if Lookman's goals are compiled too we will see Osimhen providing good number of assist.

Baba, they mock him without reference to how he got to be in the Turkish league.

They are many people who believe that Osimhen should not be in turkey but they never mock him. You know these ones mean well unlike others.
