Is Jebba not in Kogi state ni?

Divided into North (Mokwa LGA, Niger State) and South (Moro LGA, Kwara State), the city spans the River Niger. Some part is Kwara some is Niger.
Same way they have Ekiti Local Government in Kwara State.

Some parts of Kwara were not even under Ilorin rulership. It is when they begin carving states under the military that they put them all under it which wouldn't have been possible in under a democratic setting.
And that shouldn't be a reason why all obas should pay homage to the Emir
