2. Luis Gaston-Sanchez (Cuba): Convicted of attempted murder, assault, resisting an officer, concealing stolen property, and robbery. His final removal order was issued on September 24, 2001.
3. Ricardo Blanco Chomat (Cuba): Convicted of attempted murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault with a firearm, burglary, robbery, larceny, and selling cocaine. His final removal order was issued on March 27, 2002.
I4. brahim Ali Mohammed (Ethiopia): Convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor. His final removal order was issued on September 5, 2024.


The judge found that their home countries have refused to take them back . He ruled that ICE had allowed them to stay with supervision before , so why not now?
