By his own admission on live television, an argument can be made that Nasir el-Rufai is Nigeria's version of Jeffrey Epstein, as seen in the famous #Epsteinfiles. Like Epstein, Nasir el-Rufai is a notorious gatherer of negative information on people using illegal means.
