Good tried to kill someone and as a result she got killed. Whether she did it intentionally or not, if the man is afraid for his life and she put him and her in danger, then it is unfortunate that she lost her life.

She should not have died, buts the officer's action is justified.

I used to give them grace as per “easily brainwashed people who readily believe lies that serve their agenda” but no one is that foolish. How often can you be lied to before you realize you are being lied to?

Every time one of their major talking points gets irrefutably exposed as a lie, they pivot with a non sequitur and carry on like it never happened while still remaining in steadfast support of the people lying to them. They can’t be that xtuuuupid or else how are they getting through everyday life?

It’s a way for them to keep being the ghouls they actually are while hoping that one day they can be forgiven and have it all dismissed as a result of innocent misinformation.

Minnesota's law says it is as well as federal law.

Is the police danger? No, but you can put yourself in a dangerous position with them by forcing them to come into contact with you. When that happens, your life and their life are in danger. Anything can happen.

If you apply common sense, you will understand what I am saying.

Anytime a suspect fails to comply with law enforcement, they are putting themselves in danger. If you confront law enforcement, you are putting yourself in danger. Whether the officer is a good cop or a bad cop, you must avoid confrontation. If there is confrontation, you must try to de-escalate by complying.

There are numerous cases where a police officer breaks down after they shoot someone because they did not think the time would come when they would have to take a life.

This particular cop killed two people and both were justified. One was not armed, the other was reaching for a toy gun.

Nateevs, Budaatum and bayelsaowei, this is what officers go through, a situation can get out of hand quickly and what will matter most is what was going through the officers head before the fatal incident. In this case the court said he was justified.

He said he is scared and he has family.

So you guys should keep encouraging people to their death, something non of you will think of doing.

My idea is avoid all this so we don't go to court and ask or test whether so and so actions are justified or not, but for some reason you guys think it is reasonable to be unreasonable with law enforcement.

Whether he was armed or disarmed which he was(disarmed) does not matter. What was going through the officers head when they hear a gun shot they did not trigger is what will matter.

Yeah, but last I heard, the Trump DOJ was reviewing his case and asking for him to be released pending his appeal (is he appealing his confession?).
Someone paid him a good amount of money to lie. Someone at Bill Barr's DOJ knew that and still laundered his lies ostensible to tarnish Biden. Kinda similar to what Trump wanted Zelensky to do.
This would a huge scandal in of itself if there weren't a million other scandals in this Trump administration.

When you oversimplify what i said to make yourself look like you are applying common sense, it only makes you seem more desperate.

I have been asking you and Bayelsaowei why you don't confront SARS, especially you, Bayelsaowei.

What I think does not matter, Budaatum, I have provided cases where people were shot dead because they confronted a police officer, did not follow orders, and at the end of the day, the court has a guideline that prioritizes what the cop was instinctively thinking before the fatal incident.

No amount of ICE is bad; ICE kills people, and that will change that. Actions have consequences, and that is why Bayelsaowei will never put himself or encourage his friends to go and confront SARS.

Pretti and Rennee Good are not unique; it is not the first time things like that have happened.
