You are like the poster. Sorry to say oo

I find it rather hard to believe that one bank can simply stroll into another bank’s domain and withdraw funds from a customer’s account in the name of loan recovery. Are these not the same institutions that won’t even let you ask a harmless question about your own spouse’s account, yet are now expected to roll out the red carpet for an entirely different bank and permit a withdrawal?

You have a phone, you have data but very lazy to just use Google to do a simple check. Instead rush to type based on ignorance

At Op you better to Nirsal micro finance bank and sort it out. Someone used your account number and bvn to collect Covid 19 Loan but they decwived many of us myself included that is a Grant. Go and sort it out and I hope your money was not above 378k else.... They will keep deducting this money from any of your bank account that has mkney as long as it is linked with your bvn.

Funny guy.. when u were enjoying intervention given to you by NIRSAL MFB u didn’t know that payback day will come.. Your account was debited bacause of GSI .. it’s an instruction given to recover all loans issued out by the federal government on accounts.. so far as u have money in any of your accounts you cannot escape it until u pay back your loan

Ogbeni, you collect COVID19 loan or not. If yes, then do recover their money.

He is obviously being mischievous, it shows clearly in the narration that the deduction was from NISRAL. So many of us took that loan in 2020 and when I told people we'd have to pay it back I was told nothing will happen if it's not paid back. Anyway, I have since cleared mine and I hear a lot of people complaining about their accounts, which are not even linked to the NISRAL loan, being debited. Good luck to the "victims" of the Federal Government.

You haven't heard of palmpay auto deduction loan refund. Don't pay and all you'll see is alert from another of your account...unless there's no money in any of your accounts.

Incomplete story abeg. The recipient bank name is there, the description is there, and you, sir, chose to treat it with kid's gloves by withdrawing all your funds and moving on without even investigating the debit?

This man knows more than he is letting on

From the statement account narration, he took a loan somewhere, where he signed a document allowing to be debited when he defaults, probably using his BVN to trace which of his accounts have sufficient amount

Oga, those that applied for the loan did that with their bvn, nin etc. Anywhere you have money in this nigeria, the loan with interest will be deducted. Nothing like right in this case. My wife, I sent her 500k, 1st of July last year, the money disappeared one time. If I remember right it was 450-500 she got from nasral back then, na me hear about the money, I told people, them give them but them no give me.
About 3 months ago one of those guys I told back then that got money too called asking if and deduction happened to my wife, I told him yes. Omo the guy de nearly cry for me for phone. He has been broke for a while, after hustling for long, a client finally mobilized him to do some work, Omo as the money hit him account na so nisral commit am one time, lol.

This people again.
Why would a customer money disappear from his accounthuh
I thought it's the bank duty to give you notice before withdrawal from your account

That's betrayal from the bank
You did not give the bank notice when you took the loan with your bvn so why will the bank give you notice when the igbese is grabbed?
Re: Man Raises Alarm After ₦1.1 Million Disappears From His Zenith Bank Account by opeldavid: 8:57pm On Feb 14
There is a form they call GSI. It was introduced by CBN. It gives any financial institution access to debit fund in any bank you have account in Nigeria once it is established you have defaulted in loan repayment.
In this case, from the description the guy supposedly took a loan from NIRSAL. If he is in doubt he should approach the bank for further clarification.

There's what's called GSI - Global Standing Instruction. It's initiated through CBN ( via NIBSS) and it's not as if one bank strolls into another bank to debit. It is introduced to help banks recover loans from wicked people who instead of paying will start using another account in a different bank.

Thank you
