We won't be shocked to find out that in the evening of the day of the election while or after counting of the votes, so many states, including Lagos, Rivers, Kano, Kaduna. Abuja will not have network, so the "proviso" in the Act will be followed. Just watch and see how network will fail suddenly on that day in 2027. |
