Goke7:Never.. It's always about interests.. They are saying because he came 3rd at the AFCON.. No one is talking about his improvement of players and the improved team play We here were even saying, if we keep Chelle, we have a chance of winning both the 2027 and 2028 AFCON.. But as usual, we want to throw all that away and start over .. Make the Chelle just waka go NFF will frustrate him |

lbrichman2:They said paseiro wasn’t good enough too and we threw him away! No coach is ever good enough for us, always looking for one phantom first grade coach we can never afford. We are a dishonest people, we can’t even afford cheaper coaches like Chelle and paseiro even at 50k and we don’t pay them as at when due yet we opened our big mouths to call them names and settle for ex players who see our national team as a retirement heritage. We are a lost cause, Bullshit |

what do you guys think about the Eric Chelle demand ? I do not believe Eric Chelle is asking for too much. This is a critical time to focus on serious work, and his requests appear to be centered on creating the right environment for success. A coach needs proper security, a stable and professional working atmosphere, and reasonable comfort for himself and his family in order to perform at his best. These are not luxuries—they are basic requirements for productivity and long-term results. The salary request from $100,000 to $130,000, along with inclusive bonuses for the backroom staff, reflects professionalism and an understanding of his value. It also shows he is thinking beyond himself by strengthening the entire technical structure, want to be fully responsible for player selection , travel to watch matches , of both under 20 and under 23 matches . This kind of foundation does not only support immediate performance but also helps build a sustainable system for future success with the Nigeria national football team under the guidance of the Nigeria Football Federation. In my view, this is not about asking for too much—it is about establishing the standards necessary to deliver results and demonstrating confidence in his professional worth. @Elyte , our katikati football coach can match his performance ? |

[quote author=lbrichman2 post=138522056]We have to keep this man at all costs [/quote whatever it will cost the Nigeria Football Federation to retain Eric Chelle, they should do it now. Nigerian football needs stability and intentional growth. Other African nations are investing heavily in their football development—they are committing real resources to infrastructure, technical staff, and long-term planning. eg. Morroco , Senegal ... even DR Congo . If we fail to match that level of commitment, our football risks serious regression. Progress in modern football is not accidental; it is the result of deliberate investment, proper planning, and respect for professional standards. This is the time to build, not to hesitate. The future of Nigerian football depends on the decisions made today. they should give us Eric Chelle , this time . |
