If a top European club comes with a big cheque, Galatasaray will surely do business. It would even be another transfer sale record for them in the Turkish league.
They sure will
That's the least he can do for them, help them make massive profit from his sale

Now that we are almost done with February, it is rightly beyond safe (that is much more than safe) to conclude that Christantus Uche's move to Crystal Palace was a waste of time and just literally took a full season off the lad's momentum and growth. He was doing just great at Getafe and had already metamorphosed into a main man at the club being handed the #10 jersey even yet the EPL came calling and instead of an upward climb, it has been a downward spiral.

Uche has been left out of Palace's Uefa Europa Conference League squad for the knockouts and when you consider that his only starts for Palace this season came in the Conference league, with zero starts in the EPL, then this means Glasner has taken away the one chance Uche has to truly keep impressing.

It is one thing to see our lads make the jump to the Top 5 leagues but it is surely another thing altogether to see them get the gametime/run of games they need to keep getting better.

Tochukwu Nnadi at Marseille now is another worry. I dont like his current situation at all and with Marseille taking on Brest later today in Ligue 1, and him being listed by New Coach Habib Beye among the 22 players selected for the game, time will tell if he finally makes the Matchday Squad and gets his debut.

When we celebrate our lads moving to the Top 5 leagues, let us also pay keen attention to their growth and gametime stats.
And again, Tochukwu Nnadi misses out. 3rd game he makes the squad list and 3rd game he does not even make the matchday squad. Game already in progress. It is worrying.

FIFA RELEASED STATEMENT AS NIGERIA, DR CONGO EXPECT RULING ON 2026 WORLD CUP PETITION.

FIFA has released its 2025 CAS & Football Annual Report without mentioning Nigeria’s petition against DR Congo.

The Nigeria Football Federation' (NFF) filed a petition to FIFA alleging DR Congo used ineligible players during their World Cup playoff against Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Super Eagles are still waiting on a ruling that could reopen their 2026 World Cup path.

The World football’s governing body, FIFA, has published its CAS & Football Annual Report 2025 at a time when Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo are anxiously awaiting a ruling on the Nigeria Football Federation’s (NFF) petition over alleged use of ineligible players in the African play-offs for the 2026 World Cup.

In the report, FIFA made no reference to Nigeria’s protest, which was filed on December 15, 2025, following the Super Eagles’ dramatic penalty shootout defeat to DR Congo in Rabat last November.

The omission of the case from FIFA’s latest publication has sparked fresh debate, especially after expectations had risen that a decision could be announced around mid-February following a scheduled Ethics Committee meeting.

Reports suggested a conclusion may already have been reached internally, but only FIFA’s Executive Committee, chaired by Gianni Infantino, is authorised to make any formal announcement.

Nigeria’s protest centres on claims that DR Congo fielded several players who allegedly did not meet eligibility requirements under their country’s domestic laws.
Among the names referenced were Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Axel Tuanzebe, both of whom previously represented England at youth levels before switching international allegiance.

According to BBC Sports, the NFF argues that the clearance process for these players contained irregularities and that DR Congo may have submitted incomplete documentation when seeking approval for their participation. On this basis, Nigeria asked FIFA to disqualify DR Congo and reinstate the Super Eagles as Africa’s representatives in the Intercontinental Playoff tournament scheduled to take place in Mexico next month.

DR Congo, however, has consistently rejected Nigeria’s claims, maintaining that FIFA’s rules on sporting nationality, rather than domestic citizenship laws, govern player eligibility.
This legal grey area has helped turn the dispute into one of the most closely watched cases in African football. Instead of addressing the Nigeria vs DR Congo dispute, FIFA’s newly released document focused on the broader role of football in global sports arbitration.

According to a statement published on FIFA’s official website, 77 per cent of all cases registered with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in 2025 involved football-related matters. The report outlines how CAS continues to serve as the main independent body for reviewing appeals against FIFA decisions, in line with Article 49 of the FIFA Statutes.

It also provides summaries of key case law from both CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal, drawn from FIFA’s quarterly legal updates.
bloggers must post something i guess. The reason why the case is not mentioned in the said FIFA report is quite obvious but i guess getting the clicks out of anxious people is better.

makes you wonder why exactly did they purchase him and didn't even loan him out immediately if they didn't have any plan to use him now.

For every angle I watch of the Vinicius racist allegation, I feel ashamed and disgusted.

He's the one of the worst representation of a black man. And I hate the fact that this is the figure head of the fight against something as serious as racism.

And then enter Mbappé. The captain of the most black-dominated football squad outside Africa. Even more blacks than Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria put together.

He sees his teammate get called monkey 5 times and can't confront the accused. Video evidence doesn't support him. And worst off, he turns a paper tiger only after the end of the match.

And then, Henry goes on live TV to ask "why cover his mouth" something that every player from Messi, Ronaldo to even Vinicius in the same match do.

And then, white reporters, journalists, managers and pundits come all out in a manner so overly sentimental that it looks less like kick against racism and more like protecting a lesser species.

Sympathy for the lesser species.

The irony of watching Guardiola criticize racism. A man who didn't field blacks till Doku. A man who nearly pissed his pants out of fear when a black fan chased him for a picture.

Nothing I hate more than sympathy from the white man.
Vinicius just undermines the real victims like Balotelli, Moise Kean, Dani Alves, Henry and Everton Luiz who cried like a baby.
Racism is wrong and should be utterly condemned.

But, i am sorry to say this, Black men are more racist than the Whites. Believe me. If the coin were to be flipped, White men will suffer more.

When it's like three to four months to the summer transfer window, every big club in the world wants Victor Osimhen - Barcelona, PSG, Bayern Munich, Liverpool all wants him, but when it IS actually the summer transfer window, all the big clubs become broke and start spreading agendas about Osimhen's "attitude", while fans spread the agenda that "he's greedy".

I've seen this script play for three transfer windows in a row, it is annoying, irritating and sickening. I've seen it time and time again! If you're not serious about signing Victor Osimhen, KEEP HIS NAME OUT OF YOUR F*CKING MOUTH!!!

We Galatasaray fans love him so much and we won't want you to mess with his mental health! He has been through a lot already and he gives his life for this club!

The same people wey want am go big club na still dem Dey complain about his attitude. See confusion o!

If you feel a player has a bad behaviour or attitude then there’s no point saying or criticising him to move to a bigger club. Perhaps he doesn’t have a bad attitude then! It’s a state of mental contradictions to think that way 😂

Actually white men suffer more
But suffer is the wrong word.
White men are afflicted more.

The difference is that they don't take the affliction as insult.

Blacks can say white boy or whitie
Whites can't even say black boy

Do you remember that story of a Romanian referee who isn't even whiter than the average Indian refers to Webo as "the black one" and the whole world went into a meltdown?
That is the inferiority complex I speak of. Being sensitive of your skin colour, because there's no better description for Webo in a crowd than "the black guy".

An immigrant steps into a bus and the whole atmosphere shifts. Nobody wants you to sit beside them just because of your skin colour. That's real racism not this nonsense Vinicius is doing.

Do you see the amount of PR he got in just one match not for scoring but pressing in the UCL? Imagine if he got that weekly.

But I have to laud his mentality. Cause how do you move to Turkey and your stock increases?

Black men are ethnic bias to themselves but not racist to the outside world. There's a difference between the two.

This is off topic.
