Congress would/should be holding hearings but beyond referring the matter to the DOJ or suing him in court, that is the limit of what they can do.

Justice Gorsuch had a good concurring opinion in the tariff case.
It's sad that he had to give a basic civics lesson as well.

Not endorsing Tucker but Huckabee's answers are worth a listen.
