Obaofaba:
This is a disgrace to Atiku.

He can't hold his party together particularly in his state.
He is not a member of pdp again. He has decamped to ADC.
Fintiri is alighning himself to ruling party. I wish him all the best

The PDP G5 have successfully dealt a heavy blow to the party. Though it is not yet completely buried, thank God the G5 themselves are no longer on the best of terms. All thanks to the brilliant maneuvering from the President, the political genius at work. But seriously, if I were Waziri, I would consider stepping down for PO, at least for the sake of the new platform, the ADC, and to give the new party a stronger footing. Sometimes personal ambitions must give way to strategic moves for the greater political good. This is exactly the kind of moment where vision matters more than titles.

Apc won’t collapse. They have a good captain and that’s Tinubu..

If I were atiku,i would stand down for obi to go disgrace himself since he thinks he is the most popular person after JESUS CHRIST......this will do 2 things,i will let him have the ticket and let him get soundly beaten by jagaban so he can shut his mouth forever and never attempt to talk politics ever again, let his obidients get badly battered so they learn their place when it comes to politics........secondly this will help stabilise the ADC as it will help mitigate internal frictions between the different blocs and keep the party calm till the next round of elctions in 31.....I will then wait till 31 when I can be the sole frontrunner in the ADC.

INEC should cancel the 2027 election and use the planned budget to buy all Nigerians cat fish pepper soup with orange juice.

The election is of no use.

Was the G5 responsible when Obasanjo tore his PDP card in public view?
Was the G5 responsible for Atiku jumping in and jumping out of the PDP like the locodemy/locotrader of NSEMPA thread?
Didn't you know that Obasanjo laid a curse on the PDP the day he tore his membership card?

You are right, but with the support of some key Northerners and the mighty influence of Waziri, maybe PO could have a chance. Maybe oo.
The north can never support another southerner against tinubu, they rather wait out his 2nd 4years and get the seat back without stress in 31 than hand the south a potential 12 years.... we keep telling obidients that obi is absolutely not in the equation.....atiku could have a upper hand but majority southerners and northern xtians too won't want another hausa fulani just after 4 years of buhari.......obi should rather be advised to wait it out till 39 byvthen he would have built enough bridges and be in poll position when the seat comes back south......but obidients will never listen, despite their impending political doom.

What you said is the ideal thing to do.

Atiku should just step down for Obi even if it is for cosmetic.

I think this is what will final happen. The North will make it look like... it is a southern affair and turn but they will not put body for Obi. Most of them will quite and some loudly work for Tinubu. They will just skip and wait for 4 yrs instead of Obi they are not sure of 8yrs

You are also right on this. Politics is a game where strategy, influence, alliances, and timing often determine who wins. It is not just about popularity or slogans; careful planning, negotiation, and the ability to read the political landscape make all the difference.

What you said makes a lot of sense. Atiku stepping down for Obi, even if just for optics, could help unify the opposition and create momentum. I think this might be how it ultimately plays out. The North will likely frame it as a southern affair, but many will hesitate to fully back Obi. Some may quietly support Tinubu, while others might simply wait for the next four years instead of committing to someone they are unsure can deliver eight.

That said, I support giving the ADC and Obi a fair chance. Politics should allow new platforms and voices to compete, and Obi deserves the opportunity to prove himself beyond the hype. Sometimes taking risks on fresh leadership is exactly what the system needs to shake up the status quo.

Ha! What a season of political heartbreak.

Was it not just about two weeks ago that Atiku’s son politely packed his bags and took a one-way loyalty flight straight to Tinubu’s camp?

Before the dust could even settle, the state politicians from Atiku’s state have now waved goodbye to the PDP and are already ironing their agbada in preparation to join Tinubu’s party.

Yet, here we are, Atiku and Pitobi dreaming of ruling Nigeria when even their political households are staging silent rebellions.
Obi is busy staging assassination plot in Benin, they even had time to pick bullet shells and mount ringlight and camera to hold press conference immediately after a so called assassination, I have never seen such in my life grin

You see the 2031 election, Northerners won't want any outsiders to decide for them. President Tinubu won't have any choice than to retire from politics. So what's left for Apc
Re: Adamawa Speaker, 14 Lawmakers Dump PDP by kolafolabi(m): 3:34pm On Feb 25
My respect for the Jagaban, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is that his timing is excellent and his ability to read the political landscape is unmatched. He knows when to act, when to wait, and how to turn situations to his advantage. In politics, timing and perception often matter as much as strategy and resources, and Asiwaju consistently shows mastery in both.

The way am seeing it, Atiku has betrayed ADC, Fortnite ago, his son decamped to APC, now his state governor is decamping, not to ADC But to APC, all this is not happening without his knowledge, because he has discovered that he will not get ADC tickets now her want to spoil the party chance to presidency.

I'm waiting for the person that is ready to bet with me that Atiku is contesting in 2031. Everybody is telling me na lie but nobody is ready to stake their money.

You guys should watch out, does the body language of Atiku looks like someone serious about 2027 again? If all the underground allignment and realignment he's doing works out, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is going to be the president of Nigeria in 2031 (God sparing his life)

What is your source of GDP per capita for Lagos state and Nigeria?

Why has this reported Lagos GDP per capita failed to materialise in basic services and common utilities provided by well paid government workers since 1999?

The Lagos State government has said the ratio of public to private schools at both primary and secondary school levels in the state is one to 22.
