What you should focus on is online business that will just require 1 to 2 hours of your time per day. My best advise for you is put the 3 m into piggyvest safelock and get like 22% of the money. If you needs something that will not take your time, you can do.
Planting of long term crops, their are 6 months, 1 years, 2 , 3 , years crops that can be planted. It will not take your time doing that. You could do a little on foodstuffs buying from north to south Nigeria also.

my advice get a laptop, create a SaaS like for example a platform where buyers and sellers can meet, you earn from Google Adsense and monthly subscription. Or create an automated Faceless YouTube channel. You can manage it by yourself and just get a secondary school graduate to do some activities, you stand the chance of doing x10 than physical business. Alternatively do compounding of the 3 million naira in 10 years time you should already be having about 30 m. There are other concepts that can help you achieve x10 but I can't share it here.
