I understand how you feel. One thing is certain: sarcasm is not for everyone.

Wastage of time, resources and manpower.
It's an insult to call this a road construction, talkmore to call it concrete pavement, a delicate case for the matter.

They are doing rubbish, calling it concrete raod..

It is even better it is like the old road, than the concrete they are doing, Nigeria thing dey always dey dey different..

I think they have a former governor who called himself an engineer, he couldn't even do road in his state
