Please hear me out, Forex trading is a one-way street. Once you enter, you have entered. If the market goes against you, it is either you close at a loss or you keep waiting until the market goes in your favour.

My advise is trade on Binance or Bybit. DCA mechanism is the major reason I prefer Futures trading Binance/Bybit to Forex on Mt5. For example, I entered the market when SOLANA was at 142. Things went south, but with the help of DCA, I have managed to bring it down to around 95.

If it is MT5, I cannot be able to do that. I have to wait for the market to go back to 142 before I can break even.

The interesting thing now is that Binance offers Gold, Silver, Platinum and some stocks like TESLA on their Futures trading now.

No, your liquidation depends on how much capital you have, your margin amount and the leverage use. For example, if your capital is $100 and decide to take a LONG position with $5 (margin amount), and your leverage is 5x. Let's assume that the market goes against you with 10% dip, the calculation is

$5 (margin amount) * 10% dip * 5x(your leverage) = $2.5 (your loss). As you can see, your capital is $100 which means your left balance is $97.5. In this situation, you will not be liquidated. That is one of the reasons that your chosen leverage and the margin amount are very important.

Now to do DCA, remember the market is against you by 10%, you can decide to open another trade with $1 or $2 etc (your choice) to the current position, by doing that, your initial entry amount will be reduce.

Based on my trading strategy, my goal is to make 5% to 10% profit on my capital in a month. I don't believe in get rich quick. I see trading as a business and I know that even banks and financial institutions cannot give you 20% annual returns despite the huge liquidity at their disposal. So I tried to minimise my risk. So if I have to answer your question, I will say it will take me 10months - 12 months to make that $100.

The truth is that you can make that in a month or 2 but trying to make that in a month is pure gambling which I do not recommend. In trading, it is not how fast but how far.
