Fabio Cannavaro locked up top guns like Thierry Henry and more... In the Super Eagles today, I can confidently point to 2 lads who come close to the defensive masterclass of Cannavaro, especially in scenarios where Fabio stopped an attack and still ran forward to cut out the very next attack at where the ball landed next... and they are Bassey and Frederick.
Game reading, 1v1 marking... anticipation... Bassey and Frederick are fantastic.


But then, because there is a but in all things footballers except you are Pele, Maradona, Messi and CR7....

TWICE and led Huelva to a famous 3-0 La Liga win vs Real madrid. Uche bagged a brace.

'Will never forget it because na flex that time say we get IK Uche who destroyed reigning world best defender and player, Cannavaro.
