If you beg people for help, 4 things will happen.

1. They will start avoiding you like a plague.
2. When people start avoiding you, you become a liability,
3. When people see you as a liability, they will never give you opportunity or open doors for you.
4. When people don't give you opportunity, you will not be able to exchange value for money and you will be broke.

I feel very fulfilled and proud after helping someone in need. I usually feel sad wen i'm unable to lend an helping hand to anyone who comes to me for help. Life is simple, let's stop making it difficult.

Stories that touch, no man is an island everybody begs for one thing or the other the main thing is do it in moderation. Don't let begi begi become your identity.

Na lie. They'll only mock you if you become a chronic beggar; always relying on others for your sustenance but never taking the initiative to become independent.

The truth is, we all ask for help. Just don't ask for personal favours from people you don't have a deep relationship with - it puts unnecessary strain on the friendship especially if you don't have any value to give in return or kind.

you don’t beg u can’t survive, no one can be an island unto himself, those people ur begging were at a time in their lives begging to survive before breakthrough came, Nigeria as an entity is begging to sustain talkless of just an individual, throw away this mentality and pray to God to give u a helper, just that maybe life never jam you if it does u would beg with loyalty, this life no easy ooo gen z kids

When you seek for help, only two things are involved; either you receive the help or you don’t.

True. But true friend don't desert you no matter what the condition is. It's good if you are in a position to help when people come around and ask you for help. One shouldn't see it like those in needs are a burden. Life is not balance. I've also been in a position that requires me to seek for help from others. It pains me when people ask and I wasn't able to give out. But God genuinely knows my heart.

There are times you might need help but some people have made begging their identity.Even in your poor state always think of people to reach out to rather than think of people who will reach out to you.Poverty and wealth are both of mental than physical.

Begging is an habit of people who have given up in life. Begging and shamelessness goes hand in hand. A lot of people who beg don’t even need what they are begging for.

Understandably, one could have a pressing need for money, asking to borrow and attempting to pay back always trumps begging. For most beggars, it’s a form of scamming.

One thing beggars and scammers have in common is greed and squandering. They think they would always get someone to give them. Most beggars always come back till you cut them off.

Though begging is not bad. When done honestly and not using it as a leverage to extort someone.

The economy is also bad. Which makes it harder for peeps to stay away from begging.
A standard economy comes with polished-lifestyle.

But i honestly agree with the OP. Staying put yourself will open alot of doors to you.
Sometimes after extending an help to someone, i refuse their gift they usually want to give me for the help i rendered.

When they do know that you don't usually do things for dem because of money, they will so be into you and look for a nice big gig(gift) that you can't reject. This one might change your situation.

Only mentally broke and selfish people avoid their friends who begged them for help
