Irony1:Government cannot know everything especially given how corrupt and compromised many Nigerians are is and how porous our borders are. It is not a logical question to ask bro. |

It is wise and beneficial for a person to learn to control their speech. A person who masters this skill will avoid many pitfalls and troubles. El-Rurai found himself in a challenging situation, and it seems that he would have been better off maintaining his silence. He and Rotimi have led fulfilling lives; they have served in various government positions for almost two decades without interruption. However, those whom the gods wish to punish often overlook signs and warnings. They behave like stray dogs, ignoring their owners' calls. This situation clearly reflects Hell-Rufai’s predicament—he has dug this pit himself. I'm sure the government of the day just wants to humble him, not else. They are all the same. |

Too much talk talk and unnecessary careless talk has put this man in trouble. Do not talk anyhow |

This one will do jail until he begs for APC form. You all rate Nigeria security so high because they intimidate civilians easily. An AIG once told me that the USA can kidnap the president of Nigeria from his bedroom without our security knowing shit. So think about that |

ufotunang:Can you people, at the very least, ensure the comparison you cite makes logical sense before creating the impression Nigerians lack the capacity to think critically and logically? Fact is that Ribadu stated an opinion whereas El Rufai confessed publicly to an act of treasonable felony in conspiracy with others. No similarity between the two utterances whatsoever with one being a self-indicting confession of a criminal act. You guys, like Obi, just talk senselessly because you are emotional and feel duty-bound to defend some characters against those you hate primordially. Do you think a Ghanaian or South African will talk as you do when they know it is outrightly dunce-like to defend public confession of a very serious criminal act? |

Where is Kanu as we speak? See one of the "law Professors" below: https://www.nairaland.com/8546061/nnamdi-kanu-finally-disgrace-nigeria

WizardOfNG:It is a logical question to ask wire tapping equipment is not what is mass produced and most people in intelligence circles kniw about this. So there's is no way you buy from black marlet that government will not be given a tip off. It is like Israeli Pegasus spy equipment being sold in the black market and you tell me Israeli intelligence won't tip off the country's government where it is being used illegally? |

But wait was he operating the equipment remotely, since he wasn't at home ..I don't understand keeping exhibits at home...I know someone bearing his surname use to own a telecom company sometimes back before he even became a minister of anything. Is it possible it's the remnants of the fold up company that ICPC found... Anyway I no be lawyer but everything is still plausible. It is always sweet to chop a fellows lawyer's money. |

manmade:is it difficult or hard to predict Dss or EFcc tactic esp. When its a case of witch hunt imagine EFCC and ICPC wanting to take one man to court ... Please what is different about there jobs On the 1st day of hearing, The ICPC intentionally did not present EL rufai in court in a case that involves that involves them One thing is apparent here, burden to proof .. They dont have strong evidence, buh the govt just want to humilate El rufai at all cost.. what options do they have to punish Rufai if they don't stall nd force court to adjourn upon adjourn .. maybe next dss we lie they had intelligence bombers are coming to court so they advise judge to adjourn indefinite 🤣🤣 expect myopic nd lowiest forms of excuses from Tinubu govt. 1kobo shame dem no get |

Well this has exposed Nigerian security agencies and telecommunications. How they are so porous. If El Rufai a bored politician can tap NSA calls. What will Boko Haram with all that funding do? The telecommunications providers really need to be looked into and encryption of all government calls should be the least acceptable or they lose their license to operate in the country. Also, the heads of security agencies and parastatals should not be speaking sensitive security conversations on the phone. Call meetings. |

Can we say that El Rufai is working for Tinubu to pull down ADC? How could a public figure like him make such confession on national TV? On the other hand, I would like to know the course of study of this man. |
