Please, between a lecturing job in a State University as an Assistant Lecturer and a job in WAEC as Assistant Registrar, which is better in terms of career growth and pay? |

Both are good,if you are ready to develop academic career which has more prospects than the registrar and better job security. I will, personally, prefer the lecturing job. 2 Likes |

Talking of career growth and job security, go for lecturing. It will be somehow for you at the beginning, but after 10 years, you will enjoy it. Besides, it provides opportunities for you to have a side hustle which grows with you as you grow in the lecturing profession. If you are the type that doesn't mind how Monday comes, take the registrar work. Real hustle but I cannot tell you how long the hustle can last. 1 Like |
