I don't doubt you, but that one is still an accusation, but this one is gay related, not just an accusation but the video surfaced online, they're two different it even if he didn't later kill himself, he will be going to minimum 14yrs in prison, because the evidence is enough, also the public shame that will be after and before the prison terms are concluded.
