The only reason why paternity fraud still exist is not because women are smart, it's because society that is ruled by men still tolerate it.

The day that men decides it becomes mandatory for DNA test to be conducted at birth before birth certificate is issued, your century old paternity fraud will die a natural death.

Men in this generation are not naive like the past, they mostly did test behind closed doors without telling the woman.

DNA or not, paternity fraud will forever keep prevailing as long as you guys keep double crossing your wives with other men's women...
