He has bought over almost all the opposition governors into APC; yet he is unsettled. He is still unsure of winning, especially when Peter Obi is gonna be a major contender

Or minimum wage increase
Or increase in federal allocation to your state governments for development projects
Or tax reforms
Capital market boom due to restoration of investor confidence
Or Naira for crude
Or CNG initiatives
And many more
