their nigerian contingent is only increasing of late. Billing, dorgu, chido and now this newcastle boy. Its weird to me because i usually consider Scandinavians as purists that dont allow other race in their systems.

Who told you they are not been approached? Do you work in the glass house or you are related to them or you are just speaking based on assumptions? Has any of the players come out to say they haven't heard from the NFF or they even tried contacting the NFF and got no reply?

Personally I don't think FIFA is going to rule on anything,I don't take NFF and Shehu Dikko serious on this matter, and so does FIFA .

What NFF should focus on is making sure we don't miss out on next edition, and returning our youth football back to how it used be.

I'm not a band leader, I've been here since the thread was started, contributing with comments as often as possible and in my opinion, the SE as a brand have been on a steady decline for the last 7 years while other nations are catching up quickly and making significant improvements.

The players on an individual part are doing well despite the banter that goes on here from time to time.

For me, just when you think the NFF and the sports ministry will look inwards and analyze what happened to the botched WC qualifying, then are searching for fairy tales.

When the verdict comes back negative, they'll blame FIFA and Congo but never themselves.

The fact that an official verdict has not been communicated this close tot he playoff leads me to believe that the NFF probably did not file this appeal properly. Maybe an assistant mailed the documents to the incorrect address
