I understand there are a lot of factors, they are multifaceted.
All guns blazing will go a long way at first, then holistic approach in dealing with all the other issues therein.

The Hausa and the Fulani are not the same people. They don’t even speak the same native language—the Fulani speak Fulfulde, which most Hausa people don’t understand.

You can't blame the military and the police, this insurgency/banditry/kidnapping is politize. The sponsors are known, the perpetrators are known too yet the business is still booming for them. Only our government and leaders are to be blamed.

Katsina was a very good place to live before the banditry and terrorism. back then things were very cheap in Katsina especially foodstuffs, you can even eat 5 square meals a day if you want or more but now everything has changed completely.
