If Igbos like they should not plan meticulously and Execute to perfection, Nigeria is a ground where playing nice gets you no where other than destination failure.

When Tinubu is sworn in for second term in 2027, He will lead the country for another 4yesr final Yoruba tenure after which power will rotate back to Northern Nigeria.

The North will then be expected to lead for 8yrs with an Igbo Vice President after which in 2039, an Igbo President is expected to as a matter of the continuous existence of the country.

Pedestrian thinking. Nigeria is changing fast and the union is unravelling. You and others on this thread are basing your calculation on conditions that may not obtain in future.

What is almost certain is that Tinubu will win in 2027 and be replaced by a Northerner in 2031. Looking at 2039 is senseless. A lot would have changed by then and we may be at the stage of "to your tent O Isreal" by then.

Too much toxically selfish ethnic, religious, feudal, regional and sectional interest for Nigeria to be one and function as it is today by 2039.

I don't see those haters of their fellow Nigerians and enemies of our nation leading Nigeria as she currently is i.e under the centralised system Ironsi created.

Time will cheat them of that opportunity because Nigeria will naturally settle into a regional arrangement in the near future or seperate totally. Thos are the only inevtiable choices.

No man can cheat evolution. Power generation fully deregulated, regional/State police an inevitability, intractable, irreconcilable and rapidly worsening differences over religion, ethnicity etc, etc shows where Nigeria is heading that only a miracle will stop.

It is 100% impoosible for Nigeria to remain as she is.

During my life time as a Yoruba, I have witnessed 2 presidents and one VP from my region

Chai, the certainty of some people experiencing presidency from their region in their life time could be too late due to their bad politics

2027 election will determine if they are ready for 2039. For us in SS, we are ready for 2031 VP and 2039 Presidency if they don't play their game well next year. They still have between now and next year to determine to follow Obi or follow Nigeria. Time shall tell.
