For the record. Raytheon (did an internship there) produces Tomahawks and they are sold by the US to allies.
If Iran did have Tomahawks and the ability to launch them it would be a scandal of epic proportions.

They played them like fiddles. Using the hate in their hearts to trap them in a cycle of putting their own feet in their mouths with eggs on their faces every single day!.

The war in Iran is proof positive that MAGA never stood for anything.

“Lower prices” became “I’m willing to pay more for Trump.”

“No new wars” became “We need to liberate Iran.”

“America First” became “Let’s send our tax dollars to the Middle East for regime change.”

“I’ll release all the Epstein files” became “We’ll release the ones that don’t detail Trump ra. p ing children”.

MAGA never stood for anything. Just gullible, hateful people who actually thought a drug-addicted TV game-show host was actually interested in serving America. Id iots.

Jeffries and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) issued a list of 10 ICE reforms last month as a condition for funding.

Republicans, including House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), have blasted the stance as a dangerous game that weakens border enforcement and election integrity.

The shutdown has stopped ICE oversight by the DHS inspector general, paused disaster relief preparations for FEMA ahead of hurricane season, and disrupted airport security operations during heightened global tensions.

Democrats' 10-point list, outlined in a letter to GOP leaders, includes non-negotiable changes before they'll vote to fund DHS:

🔷️Requiring judicial warrants on all arrests and entries into homes.

🔷️Mandating body cameras for all ICE agents during operations.

🔷️Banning agents from wearing face masks or concealing identities.

🔷️Prohibiting racial or ethnic profiling in enforcement actions.

🔷️Explicitly barring ICE from "sensitive locations" like schools, hospitals, houses of worship, and polling sites.

🔷️Limiting use of force and establishing clearer accountability for violations.

🔷️Halting the creation of databases tracking activists or protesters.

🔷️Regulating ICE uniforms to ensure clear identification.

🔷️Ending alleged aggressive tactics that "terrorize communities."

🔷️Providing oversight mechanisms to prevent future abuses.

Schumer added that over 20 million will be removed from voter rolls if the SAVE Act is passed.

Putting two and two together, democrats rely on imported voters in select jurisdictions to win states and congressional seats.

I'm going to vent! I have lived through Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, H. W. Bush, Clinton, W. Bush, Obama, Biden*, and now Trump!!!
NEVER, ever in my lifetime have I ever seen or heard of a President being scrutinized over every word he speaks. He's been hated and humiliated by the public to the point of others wanting to commit violence. He's slandered constantly and ridiculed often. He has been insulted, lied to, lied about, and threatened. People have threatened our beautiful First Lady, and his children have also been insulted and humiliated. I am truly ashamed of some of the people of this country. I am ashamed of the ruthless, hating, cruel, Trumpfobian people that have no morals and no conscience. I am ashamed and sick of those who feel they have the right to say and do the things they are doing.
Every other President, after elected and in office, was given a chance. They were not on the news 24/7, and every word spoken was not dissected. Our current president is pressured to do this or that and never given the support to do it. Now, we have Tax Reform. Every President in recent history TALKED about tax reform. We would hear about this for a week or two and then nothing. With President Trump, we have been hearing about this for months, and he is carrying out his promises, much to the dismay and disapproval of some.

The nonsense he does and says everyday would have gotten any other President impeached or would be an ongoing daily outrage.
To think that the President of the US doesn't seem to know that Iran can't possibly have tomahawk missiles or understand why is breathtaking.
That he doesn't even know the capabilities of a country he decided to go to war with.
Imagine if this was Biden or Obama, but Trump, it's just another news conference.

The problem isn't just internally.
The bigger problem is with our allies.
They could have assumed Trump's first election was a fluke.
But the 2nd? That a country could elect him again? They can't have any trust in the US voters not to let it happen again.
All our old allies are probably moving 100 miles per hour on ways to decouple from the US esp. beefing up their militaries.
We've already seen that with this Iranian war and the UK not allowing the US to use its base.
That would have been unimaginable in the past.
