He is right . Nigerian Government knows them and where they are. They have always known . A top security officer told me this when one of my workers was kidnapped . The reason he gave for their inactions atimes was that doing a rescue mission most times lead to the death of the kidnapped victims . So they allow the families to first secure the release of the victims before they operate . But they mostly only operate when a big man is kidnapped . It also shows from stories I have heard from kidnapped victims . A kidnapped big fish is treated differently by the kidnappers . One in particular had a bullet wound on his leg while they were trying to stop his car . They got in contact with the family asking them to send anything then released him immediately for prompt medical help . They obviously knew that security agencies will come for them merciless if he died in their custody.

My take is this . Nigeria has the intelligence to destroy bandits . But you see the saboteurs within the system are too many for that to happen . Same thing with the issue of bokoharam . All it takes is a president with the political will

I don't support IPOB either and they are also complacent but atleast we know what they are fighting for, what's exactly Boko and Bandit fighting for? They want to conquer the whole Nigeria, kee innocent citizens, wipe out Christians and communities. The difference is clear.
