It is not only economy of scale. Why isn't there economy of scale in the USA versus Ghana? The truth is that if you organize your country by fixing minimum wage and etc for government to have revenue then prices will slightly increase.

This shows Ghana is better than Nigeria based on average salary and house rent.

The margin signifies a better life in Ghana than Nigeria.
