Story for the gods

This is not practical

A good plate of food in Ghana cedi is 190cedis which is equivalent to 19,800Naira

I bought Car coolant for equivalentof 45,000naira

The Naira is so useless in ghana that if you mistakenly bring it out.........

If you earn in Naira and you visit Ghana, your body will tell you for sure but if you earn in cedi and you visit Nigeria then you are a big boy

The only thing cheap in Ghana is chocolate and toys

You are clever by half bro. Now compare the cost of the same coolant in Nigeria to get a better picture of what is being discussed. I bet it cost lower than NGN 45,000. Also, that proper meal you had in Ghana will definitely cost lower in Nigeria.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS
1. My experience in Ghana, the cost of a bottle of Heineken beer will purchase 4 bottles of same beer in Nigeria.
2. A pet bottle of Coca-Cola cost about the equivalent of NGN1000 in Ghana while it’s less than NGN 450 in Nigeria. Etc.

Nigeria has economy of scale.

Et fin, Ghana is a very poor country and can’t be compared to Nigeria by all indices.

What stop you from protesting
Our attitude in this country is horrible.
Both Jonathan and Tinubu are failure
We should stop making Jonathan look like a Saint
He had the opportunity to turn Nigeria around but failed to do so.
Tinubu has the opportunity to turn Nigeria around, he also failed to do the same thing
Didijiji:
Agbadorians looking for excuses to force hardship into our existence

These same agbadorians protested against GEJ

Imagine the heaven we were under PDP before these beasts came to the scene

What are you eating that you are spending 190 cedis on a plate of food ?
A plate of food in Ghana is easily less than 100 cedis please. You are the one that went to eat in high end restaurant

This is the koko of the comparison, and when you add unemployment rates, you would see that the average Nigerian is worse off.

City boy has done so badly in job DESTRUCTION that he is hiding unemployment rates for almost two years, despite reviewing the calculation basis o.

What made us swap PDP prosperity for this extreme poverty shege of APC rice sharing progreThieves huh

That's not fake data. Ghana is going through a major cost-of-living crisis. I was in Accra last July. Cedis have numerical value but economically worthless

Ghana is making more forex per Capita than Nigeria. 33 million of them made ten billion dollars from agric export only last year. 220 million of us made less than 30 billion dollars from oil

It is not only economy of scale. Why isn't there economy of scale in the USA versus Ghana? The truth is that if you organize your country by fixing minimum wage and etc for government to have revenue then prices will slightly increase.

This shows Ghana is better than Nigeria based on average salary and house rent.

The margin signifies a better life in Ghana than Nigeria.

I now see reason why Nigerians are poor.

Our Salary needs to be reviewed.

$1 - Β’10.80

Now, re-analyze with the massive differences.

Nigeria as about 6 times the population of Ghana and about 3 times its gdp.....if you devide the gdp of the country by the population,Ghana would have a higher per capital than nigeria.... however there are far more richer people in nigeria than you have in Ghana......walk on the streets of both countries, you will notice that.
Re: Nigeria Vs Ghana: Cost Of Living β€” 2026 by commoditiesnig(m): 7:41am On Mar 11
Bro I tell you purchasing power has greatly reduced in most countries of the world, especially countries in Europe, not just Nigeria.

For ex. Folks in UK always rush to discount stores to buy clothing, stuff, etc Β£1.. same with Charity stores. In an European country where I based, same this cheaper clothing and items.. Most "oyinbos" purchase almost everything on credit.

nedekid:
If you go to neighboring countries as a Nigerian today everything will be expensive for you, same applies to traveling abroad, things you use to easily buy before now you have to think twice. Before you go to shops like next, marks and Spencer, John Lewis etc, as our purchasing powers started getting bad, Nigerians started visiting primack etc, today under this crazy man and his son, Nigerians cannot even afford primark again, it is poundland pepco they are managing. Abi how will you buy an ordinary shirt for Β£30-50? Yes before no problem but today with exchange rate of 2k to Β£1, does it make sense to buy an ordinary shirt for N100k?

Nigeria is never better than Ghana. And average Ghanaian earns over 100% more than an average Nigerian. Now check the difference in house rent compared to Nigeria and see for yourself that that difference is enough to offset whatever differences in those petty commodities that appears cheaper in Nigeria

I dey always laugh ignorant people claiming Ghana Cedes is higher than the Naira without comparing the purchasing power.
I dey always laugh ignorant people who think Nigeria purchasing power is better than Ghana without knowing that the cheaper goods they buy in Nigeria are all fake when compared to the expensive original goods sold in Ghana.

Taste Ghana and Nigeria milk for example then see the poison that is been sold in Nigeria called milk then you will understand why it's expensive in Ghana. Same with other Africa countries.

Until una begin tell una selves the truth una deserve every suffering for that Naija.
