The emboldened is false in every word. "People here" knew and indeed were looking at Akor Adams long before Chelle took the Super Eagles Coaching reins. Kindly say what you know.

On Orban, I need not say much as my posts on him are well documented.

Predator87:
Who is Imade going to bench? Someone that is scoring goals for the world champions Spain and plays for Bayern Munich women will sit on the bench in the Super falcons team abi? You are delusional. Instead of holding the useless NFF accountable you make excuses for them until we miss out on yet another world cup. Keep wallowing in mediocrity.

BTW i never said anything about Onuachu. Dont put words in my mouth. I am talking about Orban. He is better than Sadiq, Ihenacho, Moffi and the other mediocre strikers we keep calling up. Keep in mind before Chelle no body was even looking at Ako Adams. This is how people here write off players without scouting them and giving them opportunities.

Osimhen's appreciation note to Galatasaray for today's tifo surprise.

This is what it means to be worshipped and reverred by the Club Fans.

He got his 1st call up under Chelle. Before Chelle he was not in line for a call up. Eguavoen preferred Ihenacho and Sadiq who were very poor. That's not even my main point which is how the NFF under Ibrahim Gausau refuses to integrate Foreign Born players into the NT.

E be like say something dey worry you by calling me delusional, did I tell u that I know who your Imade was,we are talking about super eagles players here and you expect me to know all foreign born female players.

One doesn't need to look too deep to observe that you epitomizes mediocrity by the choices of players you are calling over the ones we have.
Tell me any striker we took to the Nations Cup Gift Orban is better than, who is he stronger upfront or more physically opposing?

Did you not know where glass house is located, go there and hold them responsible that they did not cap Gift Orban to come and bench Osimhen and stop disturbing us here.
Gift Orban is better than Salim Fago Lawal. Far better so there you go.

You said "nobody was looking at Akor" and "people here write off players without scouting them".

"This is how people here write off players without scouting them and giving them opportunities."

These are false.

The Most Goals Involvement in a UCL Season by a Naija Player - Victor Osimhen (🆕️10... 7 goals, 3 assists).

He also surpasses his previous personal best of 5 G/A (5 goals, no assists) from the 2022/23 season.

Note: Osimhen's 2 assists against Juventus was undocumented by Opta so we will document it for them as it is also well documented on the Uefa official site. Attached is evidence of his 2 assists missed by OptaJoe.

you are absolutely right but also absolutely not knowledgeable enough to know the reason orban is yet to play for us. Baba really want to play for us. The same issue with players real nationality is the only factor withholding gift orban invitation. The guy for don play for Nigeria since but it's not yet verified if he is from togo or Nigeria. NFF yes, can be very annoying about our sport development but you can't take away the fact that they understand the politics of the game by being careful. Reason this DR Congo case will chart a new path. Some of these players that chose other countries over us were contacted. Besides Chelle is looking for players that fits his philosophy and at least will challenge or even bench our current players.

Former Turkey defender and now coach, Ümit Özat, has urged the Turkish Football Federation to take advantage of Victor Osimhen's presence at Galatasaray before he departs. He suggests inviting the Nigerian striker to train with young national team forwards as a live ‘practical training model’ to benefit from his presence in the country.

Özat even recommends that the federation allocate a special budget to make this happen. (via: OkuHaber)

Very annoying when players do this.

You know your background, you know how much sacrifice you had to make to get a move abroad and a decent football contract, but you throw it all away because you lack self-control.

Promising career washed down the drain.

Papi85:
Molde's Nigeria U20 international Daniel Daga has been convicted of committing a sexual act against a person who did not consent to it, and has been sentenced to six months in prison, according to Norwegian television TV 2.

The verdict was delivered by the Nordmøre og Romsdal District Court, which found the midfielder guilty of the offence on Tuesday afternoon.

In addition to receiving a six-month prison sentence, Daga has been ordered to cover NOK 10,000 in legal costs, approximately N1.45 million in Nigerian currency.

Daga's lawyer Astrid Bolstad said the Nigerian will appeal the verdict, maintaining that the player is innocent and that the encounter was consensual.

"He is terribly sorry that the verdict was the way it was. He believes he is innocent and that everything happened with consent, " Astrid Bolstad told TV 2.

"He will appeal the verdict. The verdict is not final. He will be treated like everyone else until he is sentenced."

Molde announced in a statement on Tuesday evening that they are aware of the verdict and the player will not play matches for the time being.

"This is a very demanding matter for all involved. As an employer, Molde Football Club has a responsibility to look after our employees in a responsible manner, while at the same time having great respect for the seriousness of the matter and for the burdens this entails for all parties concerned.

"Based on the situation and the ongoing legal process, the club has decided that the player will not be part of the match squad until further notice."

Daga joined Molde in January 2025 and has appeared in seventeen matches for the five-time Norwegian champions, scoring three goals.

The 19-year-old represented the Flying Eagles at the 2023 and 2025 Fifa U20 World Cups.

I don't know why Kayode of Brentford hasn't been invited to the National Team. He is just 21 years and we can see he is got the potential to be a World Class player.

Osula is young too. He should be invited.

That was how we ignored Eze and Oliseh till dem blow finish.

I remember Oliseh was invited one time and didn't even show up
Didn't Eze train with the team?
What happened next?

We have our many issues as a country but Nigeria is still far better than a country like Ivory Coast that has over time been successful in luring their foreign Borns. Even DR Congo, look at the number of foreign Borns they have been able to get to play for their country and Nigeria is also a better country than DR Congo. So, what I think is the problem is not Nigeria as a country but Nigerians, both those born at home and in diaspora. And such is always expected when you go online and all you read online are only the bad things happening in Nigeria, posted and using as contents by Nigerians. As at today, a little of fuel in the US is about #7k equivalent because of the ongoing war but you would hardly see Americans post it just to talk bad of their country.
this your last sentence na lie oo. Which part of the internet you dey.

You people should play five at the back, and put only Osimhen upfront, and the selfish guy should sit on the bench, the aim shouldn't be to go to Liverpool and outscore them otherwise they would be 3-0 before they know it
I actually feel like this suggestion will only make us concede more. The Juventus match is a testament to this.

As it stands we have the mental and psychological advantage over Liverpool, whether they admit it or not, they now have this fear of Galatasaray at the back of their minds, especially with Osimhen leading the charge, he's dunked on them twice now. If we go there to defend, it's a big problem.

I want us to play our normal football, if we lose we lose. And unfortunately, Baris cannot be benched. He brings a lot of chaos on fullbacks effortlessly and can force yellow and red cards. I just hope we play a good game that day.
