Spainever:
If you are expecting FIFA to decide on Nigeria / Dr Congo 5 days to the play off you will be a joker. Traveling to Mexico requires visa applications and other logistics hence if FIFA wanted to replace Congo Dr they would have done so since . 14 days to qualifiers teams have applied for visas and prepare logistics . NFF gave Nigerians fake false hope
we don hear. Can you now rest?

They are mostly busy collecting salaries without any actual work being done, not just the SE but across all levels.

Poor scouting of players both at the local scene and at international level.
The thing dey pain me. We should be contending for world cup trophy with players like Oliseh, Eze, Saka etc with monster machine Osimhen. Lookman too dey ooo.

Do they even have scouting department? It seems na traveling alawi dem go dey collect just to better themselves.

Karlovich:
This is the brutal truth, the Nigerian FA have been very poor with recruitment of dual nationals especially those that require clearance and administrative procedures. The last ones we got were Lookman and Torunarigha and they both made their debuts for the SE in 2022 and 2023 respectively.

DR Congo we are dragging to court now cleared 5 players within 2 weeks. Since FIFA launched their change of association platform in April 2025, zero eligible players have been cleared by our FA that had previously played for their country of birth at youth level
How will you goan Search the NFF under new members association, so the NFF is now a new member ahbi

New member association shows players cleared for the new country, this is Algeria for instance

This is what I've been saying all thru yesterday. These nff guys are not interested in any meaningful football development. They are just there to chop estacode. Other countries are busy recruiting from their diaspora and we are doing mumu. 2030 like play we will miss out too.

Even our women's team is suffering because of them.

What are they doing at the helm of affairs of glass house?

Those agbada wearing NFF officials seems not interested in the development of our football.
Recently, the NSC, led by Shehu Dikko, appointed Tunde Adelakun to scout talents for Nigeria from the diaspora in athletics and other sports.
Tunde Adelakun was the one scouting for Gernot Rohr when he was the coach of Nigeria, even still followed and working with him to get players to represent Benin Republic.
I hope everything works out well with the deal with the NSC.

Most of them na politician with zero football knowledge. Although some could have done better if given the opportunity. 2030 is not too far but we are yet to scout good foreign born players.

If France follows our mentality to play homegrown of indigenes only, den for no dey anywhere for football but they know better. That is why they recruit any player even from Jupiter.

No news yet on football but in athletics, he has reportedly scouted about 50 athletes from Diaspora and are coming to Nigeria to compete in intermediate games in Lagos very soon.

He is doing excellent well so far.
If my memory serves me right, Coventry has not dropped a point since Onyeka joined them and they are already leading 3:0

PSG dished out part 1 of the revenge to Chelsea for last summer's surprising FIFA Club World Cup Final Loss.
The part 2 and final part to follow next week. Lol

If Chelsea survives this, then Malawi will win the 2026 Wafcon. grin

Chelsea were still in the game at 2-2 on 57mins until Luis Enrique brought on Kvaratskhelia on 62mins and that is when everywhere begin blur for Chelsea. grin

Kvara bagged 2 goals and an assist, having a direct hand in all 3 goals PSG scored to establish the 3 goals lead gap they hold. A masterclass substitution.

The importance of a game changer on your bench.
