The thing dey pain me. We should be contending for world cup trophy with players like Oliseh, Eze, Saka etc with monster machine Osimhen. Lookman too dey ooo.

Do they even have scouting department? It seems na traveling alawi dem go dey collect just to better themselves.
NFF is an incompetent body, there is no arguing that.
I can blame NFF for 99% of every other thing else, but you see this matter of foreign born players, especially the trio of Saka,Olise and Eze,these ones believed they were born superstars, so there is nothing you or NFF would have done to force them to play for us.
Nobody need to tell me that Nigeria tried to convince Olise and Eze when they were still in championship to play for us, but Olise prefer to play for France U23 team, while Eze preferred English U21.

How about Adarabioyo's case if you think we stood a chance against Olise or Eze,
what is preventing that one from from playing for us when he is yet to feature for English senior team? Does it mean that nobody in NFF knows about a Nigerian player in Chelsea,or even Nwaneri of Arsenal.

Nobody is trying to hold brief for NFF but it's better to put things in proper perspective before passing judgment.

Meanwhile respects to Alvaro Arbeloa... No Mbappe, No Bellingham, No Rodrygo, No Militao, yet his 442 took Man City apart and Federico Valverde was dominant at RM also making his runs into the box that he dunked a hattrick on Pep's Man City. Na wa ooo.

Yeah but not the full match. I was interchanging between the match and the champions league.
He was substituted around 66mins

One thing I love about the Galatasaray vs Liverpool game was that the whole of 90mins, Osimhen kept both Konate and Van Dijk on their toes. There was no rest for them

Which Superstar? Eze that honored invitation to train with us in London?

He waited in vain for a call up to SE then
All we needed to do was to cap tie him.

Saka and Oliseh were nobody as at the time we talked about then here.

NFF no approach them at the appropriate time. Perhaps, they couldn't identify their talent.

NFF approached him. Pinnick even invited him to our friendlies before 2018 World Cup. What else do you want NFF to do? Pinnick practically begged Abraham and his parent yet he choosed England. Aina, Lookman, Iwobi, Ajayi, Fernadez, Alebiosu etc chose us. You win some, you lose some. NFF try abeg!

Fifa should pick Nigeria . let them replace Iran ,
It will be the highest-ranking Asian team (that didn’t qualify for the WC) that will replace Iran

It's a shame on Eze.

Waited in vain? For how long? Did he wait up to 25 years, or even 23 years, before he opt to play for English U21 team.
They simply chose where they believed is best for their careers,.
It's not anyone's fault they chose selfishness instead of patriotism.
Why must we spread red carpets for someone whose father is Nigerian.

If they believed they are too good for us ,and you think their inclusion to our team would have made us compete for world cup,let them do it for England let us see.

One question for you,do you think Adarabioyo is waiting in vain or just being foolish?

Can you hear yourself? Wait till after 25 years when him football lifespan expires, abi?

Ask the regulars here during that period and they will tell you the National coach messed up then.

That's why I said Nigeria doesn't have food scouting team. A good scout would had discovered his talent before they blow and invite them to the National Team straight. No come here dey argue. Not all be like Adarabioyo.

where did you read this ? they can use their discretion to pick any country ,. it is not specified that higher ranked team will be picked in their policy grin so chill Nigeria and DR Congo can still be at the world cup , what about that ?

Oga this is not what happened. We tried to call Eze but he chose the English U21s instead.

not necessarily. They can just say the losers of the two intercontinental finals will play another final to pick someone to fill the vacant spot. Iran is not even in our confederation so the possibility of us gaining from the situation is nonexistent.

Don't play smart on me,you said he waited in vain, then I asked you how long is waiting in vain "did he wait up to 25 or 23" but now you want to put it on me that I implied he should wait up to 25 years.

What I was trying to do is counter you he did not wait any long.
How long from the time some here noticed his talent to point he was called up by English FA? And was just about 21/20 years then.

You don pass to dey follow dem dey shout NFF this NFF that for everything wrong in our football just because everyone would be against them whether right or wrong.

They were able to convince Lookman who is already an African footballer of the year winner, that is something.
Almost half of our X1 team is foreign born but none of you will notice that.
But they must spread red carpets and red roses for bunch of selfish kids
