Broda Shaggy, a famous Nigerian content creator and influencer, has been reportedly hospitalised following the injury sustained from gunshot in Ogun State.

He was allegedly shot on Sunday while filming at the Sango Ota Bridge.

The details of the shooting remain sketchy as he was rushed to a private hospital in Alakuko area of Lagos State and was later referred to another hospital in Ikeja.

Abimbola Adebisi, the Lagos State police spokesperson, explained that the incident was reported by the hospital.

“The hospital reported to the command that a gunshot victim was brought to their facility, and we discovered it was Broda Shaggy when we visited the hospital”, The Sun reported.

How come he was there without no bouncer or security? You have to move with care when you have some recognition.

Thank God say Nigerian police and hospitals don dey get sense. You treat a gunshot victim while reporting to the police in the process, not you rejecting a gunshot victim. Hospitals should have a direct line to contact the closest police station to them in case of such or any incident.

if that is true then it's still unfortunate and hopeless. Fingerprinting would solve all this issue, it's just that Nigeria does not want to progress, if they take the fingerprint at point of entry then even if such people later escape before police come, you can match the fingerprint with NIN, but no Nigeria does not just want progress.
