if I be gay, do you have a problem with that? 🙄
Maduka is the first choice of Udinese, a club in the top league.
He has mount the post against top team, even after his suspension, he still came to reclaim his 1st position and you want me to believe he's a mediocre goalkeeper.
Me bringing up his looks was because of comments I saw online after the 2021 Afcon. So his looks was never an issue to me, but guys can see whatever you choose to.
Jokes apart, if Maduka Okoye had consistently impressed in the Super Eagles jersey, the performances, statistics, and results would naturally speak in his favour. The evidence would be there for everyone to see.
What we need is for our players to be at their very best when representing the national team. In goal, I want a true shot-stopper — a goalkeeper whose primary responsibility is preventing goals, not one judged by appearance or popularity.
Okoye has shown quality with Udinese, and that deserves recognition. However, what fans want to see is that same confidence, authority, and reliability translated into the Super Eagles jersey.

Sorry but in a trivia, there is only one correct answer. You picked the wrong one. So it is not a matter of opinion respect, it is a matter of the obvious answer. Nwabali takes it all day in that trivia scenario. That is the truth, Pinnick Boy.
You get problems with comprehension??

If I fail choose Okoye means I failed the question, why not said so and move on,
.why writing epitaphs, then saying am being dishonest with my Choice,

I made my choice and get reason for it too, if he dey pinch you for body go bath

Is Okoye the only light skinned player Nigeria produced? Ashly Plumtre is 75% White but she gets far more respect from Nigerian fans. Why? Because she is a warrior. Same for Ekong, Leon Balogun, Carl Ikeme, Ruben Agbolla, etc. Osaze was not just a warrior but he was also a leader. Maduka Okoye OTOH has yet to step up. Yes he was bashed for his performance vs Tunisia but he has never moved on from that game. Instead he chooses not to take up the responsibility of being #1. He does not even come to camp on time often coming in late. Is that someone you want to entrust as your #1 goalkeeper? He needs to work on his mentality. If you want to play for Nigeria you have to be mentally tough and have thick skin in order to take the avalange of criticism that comes your way.

Also someone close to him should tell him his good looks can be used for marketing and building up his brand. That was what David Becham did. But in order to that, he needs to step up and be counted when it matters most for Naija. If he isnt careful, Arthur Okonkwo will take that #2 and then the #1 spot.

There is no pending FIFA verdict just less than two weeks to play off and no more communication from NFF. What if FIFA communicated to NFF and NFF kept mute .abi you think 🤔 FIFA will remove Congo next week ?

But he is very much welcomed now as long we are not going to the world cup.
And he should be ready to play back up because Chelle is not ready to bench Fredrick and Bassey for anybody

That's the thing, he was just Coming into the SE from a very low league, no keeper is perfect, but there ability to learn and move on is what defines them

Okoye learnt from those mistake he made in GWG, first thing he did was move away from that lower league to dutch side Sparta, there he hones his skills, mend his mistakes and practically same them from the drop with top top saves,

He went to Watford from there, buh it was a forgettable Odyssey, then to Udiness, where he continue honing his skills, Saving them from the drop too, And he had start adding PK save gradually

Now will you blame me for choosing himhuh

Should I also call you a dishonest person and liar 😂 for saying Ikeme is more good looking and well built than Maduka. 😂
Okoye is not even among top 5 most good looking super eagles if we look deeper.

Osaze,Mikel,Ikeme,Awaziem, Babayaro, Ajayi, plus others I couldn't remember are all more good looking than Okoye but no one has ever blamed their good looking for any of their performances, good or bad

David Moses Assist🅰️ for Slavia Prague off the bench in their 3-1 win away at FC Zlin to go 13pts clear at the top currently.

Igoh Ogbu was also subbed in on 72mins.

Samuel Isife started yet again and seems to have locked down Slavia's RWB role. He played 84mins

18 y/o prodigy, Mubarak Emmanuel Suleiman started again and impressed for 45mins.

We are talking Super Eagles. The trivia was clearly about the Super Eagles. It's like you people dont still get it that club performance is not always the main thing that keeps you in the Super Eagles. It is what you do or show in the Super Eagles that keep you in the Super Eagles or on the other hand, get u booted out.

Na so some of una dey take fail simple tests. They ask B but you insert your own question so you can answer it as A.

You simply have no true intelligent discourse. Just sentimental yammerings and gaslight talk using "good looks".

zicky:
You are still blabbing, fan made reference to his looks more even before his performance at Afcon. And I'm saying I feel it was part of the factor that made them come for him after his supposed bad performance against Tunisia. You can make of it whatever you want.
