I was going to pay 6k pounds deposit today or tomorrow but I will halt and restrategize.

As someone who has japaed. It is important to have skills or quickly develop skills now or when you get here. Also develop those skills in areas of demand. Two stands out for me Tech and Health Sector. You can be lucky as an Engineer or someone in Avation sector.

If you are married one of you should be in Tech or Health sector. The other can still find something like minimum wage Job.

All they need here is your skill not you!!

First, how old are you.

If you are above 40years and you want to come to the UK through Education, I will advise you abort the mission and establish a good business in Nigeria.

But if you are in your 20s or early 30s you can still come to the UK though your first two years will be so challenging, because you will do all manners of work to survive.

If you truly owns that 21m and the whole money belong to you pls try and come.

Try to know how to drive manual car and come with your international licence.

You will easily get a job after getting your car.

I came into the UK in 2024 in my late 30s, with lot of loans and up till this moment I am still paying loans.

If you are the strong type and you can endure the process it will pay for you.

All what you are hearing on the internet is true but yet some people got soft landing by getting good job earlier.

As per the ILR, well since I moved into this country those we met here are saying they are always using that as a political gain for the main British to pleased them.

No one guarantees what the future will bring either home or abroad.

I have seen people here with British passport living their life on benefits and yet still struggling, you can be in Nigeria and still make it.

But as for me if I have that money sitting in my account, to God I won't think of Japa.

I left my wife and kids back home, you will live a structure life except you are able to mingle and have goons that you will be going out and that will also cost you money.

Stories of people in that UK have always been the most terrible of the big four English speaking western countries to japa to...suffice to say. Canada closely follows suit..with people bagging Canadian masters degree and still celebrating care and warehouse jobs.

Having education doesn't mean you're smart. Knowing the system gets you further. Anyone with a masters degree doing minimum jobs in Canada is a fool. The issue is most people in Nigeria are fools and legitimately don't know how to hustle. Especially when they come to an organize country like Canada.
