Obama sent $400 million cash in foreign currency coinciding with release of 5 American hostages. He later followed it with another $ 1.3 billion .
The administration said the money was Iranian's ( I'll come to that later) and was for humanitarian purposes.
Trump cancelled the jpcoa deal .While Trump was president John Kerry was spotted meeting with Iranians included Foreign Affair Minister in Europe, most likely telling them to wait for 2020 when Trump would be out.
