At Galatians 2:11 Paul corrected Peter not the Governing Body i.e Apostles and Elders in Jerusalem.

What is worrying Jehovah's witnesses is spiritual. There is no other explanation to their blindness. all religious bodies are vulnerable to doctrinal changes that affect faith, Life,etc...they are all vulnerable.
They should all be subsumed into one and join their unique strength and insight as one Christian body and tackle core differences from within.


Some differences aren't really core differences but rather choices in building ones faith and unique relationship with God like mode of worship, prayer, reverence to God, etc.

If core differences can't be tackled, they should rather be departments or societies for them under the same church-body.
