I am an expert in Real Estate especially Lagos and will tell you that the list is not totally correct.

A two (2) bedroom apartment in Lekki Phase 1 is as pricy as from N10m - N17m per annum. I have done so many this year. Lekki Phase One has more expensive Apartments than V.I

Ikoyi has two (2) Bedrooms Apartments going for above N20m per annum.

A two bedroom apartment in Yaba is above N5m and Ilupeju is above N5m for per annum too.

My brother my cousin moved to Asaba , she ran back to the village ASAP within 2years and I asked her why? She said Asaba is extremely and stupendously expensive. A neighboring town Ugbolu is N600k for a mini flat.
